Re: \\\\ 3rd Tri Check-In 11/26 ////
All well here, though yesterday sucked.
I went to the OB yesterday because my little guy didn't want to party. He's been rocking out since week 17, but he decided to snooze all day and night and had me a bit freaked. I had a non-stress test at 11am yesterday to check on him - he's fine, I have been having "non-productive" contractions, which they are again telling me means I have an "irritable uterus". They aren't concerned, but said considering he's already dropped into position at 33w and all my contractions, I should be prepared for the possibility of having him on the early side. As long as it's after Christmas, that's fine with me.
We have an appointment next Thursday, and we get a 3D ultrasound! Soooo excited! Then we go to weekly appointments. It's getting soooo close!
Feeling fine, but now DH is all worried from my OB visit. I guess he'll be doing the cooking and cleaning tomorrow and I will be resting on the couch!
QOTW: Just DH and me. I told him to collect some strays from his office - people who don't have plans and are not traveling - so we may have a few people. We were expecting my inlaws but they cancelled so we have a 17 lb bird for just the two of us - more the merrier!
Off birth control March 2012 - Actively trying Sept 2012-April 2014
BFP on May 5th after Follistim & IUI #3
Thanks for taking over @mdiblasi10.
My EDD is SATURDAY! AH! Hoping this little one decides to show up over the holiday weekend. If not we have an induction scheduled for the evening of 12/3. My OB thinks she will show up on her own before then based on the progress I have made so far!
Today is my last day of work! I cannot wait to meet this little one! This wait at the end is brutal!
QOTW: We are going out to eat. All of our family is out of town and they are waiting to come visit until after she gets here so we are just going to hang out, watch football, and let someone else do the cooking! (unless of course we are at the hospital).

Baby girl arrived on Thanksgiving day weighing 7lbs 6oz and measuring 20 inches
How far along are you? 35 wks 1 day
Upcoming appointments? I have my first weekly appointment on Monday and we’re going to start cervical checks.
Any updates to share? Last night was my last birthing/childcare class! The whole breastfeeding thing still makes me nervous. I've realized I’m going to continue to feel this way until I have LO in my arms and I try it out. I’m mentally and physically prepared to BF and I’m prepared to FF. Hopefully my body will cooperate!
How are you feeling? Can’t sleep, out of breath, constant heartburn, and my belly is very itchy. I’m very uncomfortable but who isn’t in the 3rd trimester :P
QOTW: Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving, tell us about your Thanksgiving (and weekend) plans. Going over the ILs tomorrow to stuff myself. DH works retail so he will be working 1am until 10am on Black Friday. Once he’s home and in bed I plan on shopping with my mom and sisters. I’m hoping to get most if not all of my shopping done! Saturday DH and I pick up our Christmas tree and bust out the Christmas decorations I’m so excited!! Sunday is the start of advent. I LOVE when we get to sing traditional Christmas hymns at church
Can I please be added to the check-in? I'm 28w1d, due 2/17 and we are Team Green.
I'm so excited to have reached 3rd tri! It's very surreal to have reached this point looking back on everything.
I have an OB appt on Monday. I failed my 1 hour glucose test and need to make time to have my 3 hour test done. I'm planning to go either Saturday or Monday/Tuesday. I'm still on night shift, which makes scheduling this tough.
I have my first shower this Sunday!
QOTW: We are heading to thanksgiving with the in-laws in the morning and then we are driving to PA to spend the evening with my family. I thought I was going to get out of cooking, but DH wants his own bird. I plan to make it on Saturday.. Which is why I'm not sure I can handle the glucose test on top of that.
Me: 30, DH: 32
My hx: uterus/hormones normal Dx: low AMH 0.5 = poor ovarian reserve
hubby hx: low sperm count, poor motility, started on clomid, retest in May showed no improvement, will be on clomid another 3 months, another retest scheduled for August
Started IVF #1: ~BFP Mentioned~
mdiblasi10 - thanks for taking over!
southernyankeegirl- sorry your appointment was rough. I get an NST every time I go now and some times she's super active, and some times she's asleep and it scares the crap out of us.
IVF #1 Oct 2013- cancelled
IVF #2 Mar 2014- success.... baby girl born 11/28/14
FET #1 Mar 2016- baby boy due 12/16/16
I'm 33 weeks this week! Only 5 weeks (max) left. That is so crazy!
No updates really. BH are about the same, but pretty intense. I'm having to breath through them, but still not painful. (And not productive because I've been having cervical checks for the last few apts and nothing has happened yet, thankfully) I have an apt next Friday. I'm pretty sure that ill start weekly visits after that.
Im feeling the same, uncomfortable...not sleeping great, but I'm sure you all are feeling the same!
QOTD: Tomorrow will be bitter sweet, it will be the first time we aren't with our families on thanksgiving. I plan on watching the Macy's parade and maybe cook a big breakfast (or maybe breakfast for supper). My sister and her kids are coming Friday to bake cookies and help put up the tree and Christmas decor. I am excited about getting to spend time with them! Plus my sister is bringing me some left overs from our Granny's house! =P~
I'll be 31 weeks on Friday. I am feeling great and I'm very thankful for that. My emotions can be a bit crazy, but physically I'm good. I can never get enough of feeling her move! It's this special connection that just she and I have and I think it's just so cool. Even this second time around, I am in awe of it all
QOTW: we are hosting both sets of parents and my BIL, with everyone pitching in on the cooking. I'm looking forward to DH's smoked ribs and our deep fried turkey. And four and a half days off - so nice! We also have out maternity photos on Sunday. They mean a lot to me so I'm really looking forward to them.
Wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I know we must all be feeling extra thankful this year.

How far along are you? 38w2d
Upcoming appointments? Dec 9th!
Any updates to share? I missed my last appt with the doc but she wasn't worried - said I could just come in on the next one .. otherwise, today starts the work on the floors and hopefully by next weekend, we'll start putting the furniture together and what not. We had our shower last Saturday and it was a blast! We got a ton of stuff and not just clothes (which I worried about because I heard with girls, people tend to buy clothes more!). But we got most of our big ticket items and my dh still has his shower at his job in 2 weeks. Outside of the cloth diapers, we just have to buy a few decorative items and the bedding sheets. So happy with this outcome!
How are you feeling? Feeling very tired and achy this morning with like a mini headache! Don't know why .. but I better not be coming down with something!
QOTW: We spent T-Day with my dh's family. SIL lives like 5 mins away and felt it was too much of a hassle going to my parents and then his SIL's house on the same day, especially since I have to work today - bah!
