Our top choice for baby girl is Kara/Cara, second choice is Claire. We are bringing both to the hospital. DH prefers spelling with a C, but I'm not so sure. Which spelling do you prefer?

Fwiw we pronounce it as "care-uh"

I voted Cara, but with either of your spellings I would pronounce it Car-uh.

For Care-uh I would spell it Keira. Like Keira Knightly.

I would pronounce Cara Car-uh and Kara Care-uh.

@tee18‌ care-ah, a couple get it wrong but it's an easy correction. Only gets annoying when the same person repeatedly gets it wrong.

I like Cara. Would pronounce both Car-uh, but I your pronunciation is valid.
