Baptism dress

Where can I find a nice and relatively inexpensive (under $50) white baptism dress for my DD? Her baptism is at the end of December (she will be 2mo 3wks). I'd prefer a fairly simple design without a lot of frills. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

    It may vary by store, but we actually found several very nice dresses at BuyBuyBaby. I don't remember prices, but I know they were fairly inexpensive and I think you can use a 20% off coupon too :)

    This probably isn't helpful given how close you are to the baptism but I had a family member make our baptism dress out of my wedding dress. It turned out amazing and is so special...plus it's pretty much the only reason I kept my wedding dress.

    I've seen them at places like Macy's and JCPenneys. Marshalls too I think.

    Thanks all, I saw a dress I liked at the JCPenneys website! I love the idea of making it out of my wedding dress but it might be pricy to get it made (we don't know anyone who can sew) and the timing wouldn't work out.

    Yes. That's what I figured. But I thought I'd share it just in case...and to give others the idea if they have more time.
