Hey ladies still mobile bumping so sorry for lack of formatting etc..

I'm 30 weeks tomorrow! Babies are doing well but I'm falling apart! Friday protein showed up in my urine at OB appointment. I was sent to L and D for more testing and that all came back fine. I did a 24 hour urine catch over the weekend and I have another appointment today to follow up. Ugh really praying this doesn't become a major issue.

28+3 and feeling alright.

My doctor and principal approved me going down to a half day work schedule, so I'm working with HR now so hopefully that can begin next Tuesday.

I saw my endo on Friday and in addition to checking my sugar levels now 6x a day, I'm taking insulin 4x a day. It's so much to keep up with but I know it's for the best interest of the girls.

No appointments this week and the excitement for my Thanksgiving break is that we'll be getting the girls' room together finally!! DD will be with her dad in Chicago until Sunday, so that "break" will be nice as well. It's so hard to be super engaged with her with all I have going in my body right now, she's really been acting out.

1. How many weeks are you? 29w2d
2. How are you feeling? To be honest, I'm feeling like shit. I'm struggling with anxiety about PTL even though I have no signs or symptoms. Things aren't done at the house and I feel like the only person IRL that realizes that babies are coming at LATEST in 56 days. I have distanced from TB a bit because reading super early birth stories have caused a lot of stress. I've had a lot of dizziness, trouble eating (not hungry at all), low BP and pounding heart. My OB added Iron, but nothing else since I have no swelling or headaches.

3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? We have our 3D ultrasound on Friday (a gift from a friend!) and then our next OB appointment on Monday next week.
4. Anything exciting going on? Absolutely nothing. That's the problem. Nobody feels a sense of urgency besides me.

1. How many weeks are you? 32w4d

2. How are you feeling? Done. Started getting headaches last week, swelling has increased, more contractions, pinched nerve in back...

3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? Last Wednesday went to L&D for monitoring - was concerned over combo of symptoms (headache, blurred vision, nausea, swelling, & ctx's). Turned out to be migraine. 2 days later I went back to L&D & was monitored for more contractions. FFN came back positive along with dilated 2cm & 50% effaced. Spent night in L&D & got steroid shot sat am and sun am. Now, I'm on "take it easy" status.

4. Anything exciting going on? Besides above? LOL. Not much! Stint in L&D made us realize labor is close & lit fire under our tooshies to get hospital bags packed & fully ready for the girls!

1. How many weeks are you? 37 weeks 1 day
2. How are you feeling? Eh ok. Really swollen, and uncomfortable at times. Ready to be done. Counting down the days. C section scheduled for next Monday!!
3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? Last doctors appt tomorrow!!! Quick BPP and check.
4. Anything exciting going on? My mom is arriving on Wednesday to stay until after the first of the year, so I am pretty excited about that. She lives 4 hours away, and we haven't spent the holidays together in years.

1. How many weeks are you? 8 weeks
2. How are you feeling? Nauseous, tired and still in shock there are two babies growing in my belly and I will have 3 under 2 in 8ish months.
3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? Last Tuesday was our dating sono and we found out that there was not only one healthy baby, but two, with strong heartbeats and separate sacks. Our next sono is the week before Christmas.
4. Anything exciting going on? We are excited to surprise our families on Thanksgiving with the news.

1. How many weeks are you? 21 weeks
2. How are you feeling? Pretty good. Back and leg pain, but only after a long day. I foresee having to chill out a little with my crazy schedule pretty soon.
3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? We saw the MFM for the first time last week and had our anatomy scan. All looks great! We see our fill-in OB (our regular OB is on maternity leave until January) next Monday. We remain Team Green and are pretty excited about it!
4. Anything exciting going on? Not really. This is a big week for my town (we have a huge festival), so I have been busy at work and am looking forward to a great Thanksgiving and weekend!

Any Dr. Appts or updates? I see my OB on 12/15. At our last OB appt everything looked good. Baby B still measuring 2 weeks behind Baby A. I'm staying in a positive mindset.

Anything exciting going on? Not really. Just trying to get through everyday. :-)

2. How are you feeling? Pretty delightful...I love the beginning of 2nd tri. I am starting to wear down quick while teaching fitness classes. I also feel it in my joints.

3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? Nothing since the beginning of the month for OB. Next appointment is next week for just a regular OB check up. Anatomy scan on 12/16

4. Anything exciting going on? Going to see my parents for the first time since summer! They haven't seen me since we found out so that's exciting. Mom's cooking is also very exciting

2. How are you feeling? Uncomfortable, if I'm being honest. Heartburn, hip pain, exhausted, emotional, swollen feet/hands and apparently I snore, loudly these days!

3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? I had my first growth u/s on Thurs. I've been paranoid about cervical length, so I'm stoked to learn that is looking great! Baby boy is about 2.3lbs and baby girl is a little under 2.2lbs. I'm a happy mama to hear all of those positives

4. Anything exciting going on? Just working our way through the long list of things to do around the house. Getting ready for two babies is a lot of work! And this Canuck is jealous of all the Thanksgiving festivities!

Can I join you ladies? I just learned this morning that I'm growing two tiny humans. TWO! Holy shit!

1. How many weeks are you? 7w1d
2. How are you feeling? Excited. Terrified. Physically? Nauseous and exhausted.
3. Any Dr. Appointments or updates? Just had my first u/s this morning, I scheduled it to be right about the same time our previous loss stopped growing so it was very reassuring not only to see heartbeats but babies measuring ahead. (Our loss measured behind with a low heartbeat)
4. Anything exciting going on? Besides the fact that I just learned there are two tiny human's growing in my uterus? Just prepping for Thanksgiving.

@feegan, that was us exactly! I had a loss where the baby stopped developing around 6-7w. So, when I found out I was pregnant again, I scheduled an ultrasound right around 7w. We were so shocked when we were told there was two in there!! With healthy heartbeats (a heartbeat was never detected with our first). Congrats!!

I'm 13w3d.

Feeing pretty good, but have had some migrainey headaches in the past two weeks. Kinda tough.

We just got our MaterniT21 results today. Both babies look good!! And Y chromosome was detected, so we know we are having at least one boy!

Next big appointment is 12/29. We will then find out if it is two boys or one of each.

28 weeks today. Had an ultrasound, my GD test and an OB appointment yesterday. Girls are good. Went ahead and out an induction/ c section on the books for Feb 5th - exactly at 38 weeks. I'm starting to physically but a wall so hoping these next 10 weeks go fast

1. I am about 14 weeks.

2. Still in that nice second trimester window and feeling pretty good, although last night I had a migraine so bad it made me sick and I find that if I overdo it physically I feel terrible; overdoing it could be just a really long Wal-Mart trip or cleaning out my car.

3. I finally switched Dr.s and my first appointment with the new one is Dec. 10th. Hoping that I like this one because if I don't I am pretty much stuck unless I want to drive 45 minutes for my appointments. First MFM appt. is Dec. 31 and I really hope we find out the sex so I can start buying used baby clothes.

4. Nothing exciting. Was trying to find a job as a nanny and someone tried to scam me. LOL, you picked the wrong person to try and scam!

Hey if I can just butt in for a moment..what is a MaterniT21 test? Just wondering because I am 14 weeks and have never heard this mentioned at all.

2. Feeling fine, just slowing down. & skin is painfully tight. Both babes love the bottom half of my tummy so hubs said I compensate by walking like Fred Sanford!
3. GTT & growth scan in a few days
4. New awareness that the babies can see light. Had some flashlight fun for a few minutes

@breezyweezer‌, the MaterniT21 test is a non-invasive way they can check for chromosomal abnormalities. I had never heard of it either! Because of my age (38), my OB recommended we see a specialist and have the test. Basically, they take your blood and can isolate the baby's chromosomes from it. I think there's another one that works the same way called Harmony. Because the nuchal translucency scan and the blood work came back without issue, we won't do the amniocentesis. Hope all's well!!

@abseptember Sorry to hear about the pain but glad that you're getting PT. Crossing my fingers for you. I had the same with constipation and my OB recommended Metimucil (I'm sure yours did as well). I drink it anywhere between two to three times a day and it has helped immensely!!! Good Luck!!
