Head ache

Anyone else having terrible headaches. I usually only get migrains once a year or so, but since I been prego I have them every other day and they have been lasting 2-3 days. I took the over the counter meds we can take but all it dos is turn it into a manageable pain! It doesn't really take it away? Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep them away???

    Prevention the only thing I can think of is stay hydrated and don't let your blood sugar drop. Eat frequently. But headaches are a very popular pregnancy symptom, especially at our current stage. The best I can suggest would be a cold pack and sleep. Good luck.
