  I'm also 11wks and experiencing dryness. I find rose hip oil works too.

  Certainly discuss with your OB, but I have sensitive and dry nipples. You can use nipple cream, usually found in the infant feeding, breastfeeding section. Medela, lansinoh are common brands. Though I like nipple butter by earth mama angel baby.

  Coconut oil..... and you don't need much so no one should smell it.
