Gifts & pick me ups for DH

My DH has been quite down & grouchy all week. I've asked if I upset him, what's going on, or what he needs. He's made it clear he doesn't want to talk. Usually he's a pretty even Stephen. . . I don't actually think it's my because of reasons I won't go into.
Anywho it got me thinking about little things I could do to chip in or cheer him up. Then it got me thinking about Christmas.
I like DIY gifts. What great ideas do you have for DIY gifts? What's worked well in the past? What have you always wanted to try but haven't?
My man loves rock climbing, outdoorsy adventures, having adventures WITH people, binging on DVD series of TV shows, and some sex. Honestly. He's the hardest to buy for! Or craft for!
