Panty line/ hip pain

Hey everyone
(I searched and didn't see the problem posted anywhere, it was a quick search so I applogize if I'm repeating)

I'm a tad nervous right now

About an hour ago
I had to run out back at work, I was in so much pain

I had a huge, horrible sharp shooting pain
It hurt so bad, it almost seemed hard to pin point the start of the pain
But I believe it started at my right hip and shot right threw the panty line of my lower stomach to the left hip.
It happened about 3-5 times and then stopped

It was a very horrible pain. That brought me to tears

Naturally as a first time mom (with 1 loss) I'm a nervous wreck

Has this happened to anyone?
Or anyone have any advice
Or know what it could be?

    I'm 16 weeks, does that start this early? ( I'm clueless sounding. I'm sure haha)

    Yep! I've heard it usually happens most often in the 2nd tri but can definitely happen sooner. It feels kinda like someone shanked you, it sucks..but totally normal :)

    I've been having pretty sharp RLP since about 7 weeks. It was few and far between but now it's getting more often and sometimes it can stop me dead in my tracks. That's my guess at what it is especially if you are 16 weeks

    I THINK I get this when I sneeze. I get an intense localized pain in my pubic area, between my hip bones. It hurts like crazy for a few seconds and I am worried I am hurting the baby. I am only 12+5 so I don't know if it is too early for that to be normal.

    I just had one of those today. From my pubic bone up to my rib cage, super fun. I just gritted my teeth and figured things were stretching. I wish they didn't call it "round" ligament pain, because some of the ones that I've experienced are way more sharp and stabby.
