If you buy LO an ornament each year, have you decided on one yet? Please share what you like.
I can't decide if I should do a hippo for James (birthday theme and his stuffie that goes everywhere with him) or a soccer ornament (he played on a team for the first time). Leo is getting a Fox (halloween costume and his room theme) but there are so many cute fox options!
Last year I got Ethan a train and Maya got an M&M (to commemorate PTing, lol). This year I bought Maya a tiara from PBK, but I can't figure out what to get Ethan. His biggest love is still trains. I'm working on it.
We buy an Elmo ornament every year for Ethan. There was a girl on the tri boards with me whose son got cancer and died. He loved Elmo. It was close to Christmas time, so a lot of people got an Elmo ornament and showed the mom. I've kept buying them.
Nothing for Sean. I'm really bad at remembering to do stuff every year.
ETA: I'm a dork. We get the boys an ornament from Disney every year. Originally I was getting Ethan's name and the year engraved on them, but they didn't do that the last couple years. Last year the boys each got to pick their own, so we will probably do that again.
Since he was born I've gotten a personalized one with the date and list of his "Favorite Things." I did that again this year. Next year we'll pick one out that is more specific. It's kind of fun to look back on his last two and compare.
I just ordered. I went cutesy with hand embroidered stuffed ornaments from ETSY. James a bike and Leo a boy on a scooter. I'll post on IG when they come in!
We do the same theme every year. It is what my mom did for me. Mine were carousel horses, so I have a ton of carousel horse ornaments. We did stars for Luci, so every year she gets a new star.
I picked up a Disney ornament while we were there in October. She had a Minnie B-day and we went to Disney, so I think that is good for the year.

DD's current obsession is kitties, so I may go that direction. My mom gave her a cat stuffed animal a few weeks ago and she carries it everywhere saying 'mow'.
