    This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts! 
    DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome.
    131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
    We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.

    @gutsymama‌ totally take him to the zoo one. As long as his clothes are changed and hands washed after he'll be fine! I have to talk myself down about some germ stuff too but I'd totally take him early on!

    While on the Christmas topic...

    DH is all pissy that Nikita won't be singing Christmas Carols for her winter concert. (Insert ranting of a man who listens to WAY too much conservative talk radio)
    Where do you stand? The school has a tree every year, they do Santa art projects, etc. So they haven't banned Santa and all things Christmas.

    @biggunsbo‌ yep TSO is tonight! We have a sitter (someone who has watched LO before-yay).

    OMG so much better response time than BumpJackie. I'm using the app. I don't really expect anything to change. I was just complaining. I always fat finger click something while scrolling. But while you are here, ever since the new app update, I can't have the BMB on a page as well As the "all forums" side on a thread. Whenever I click on one it brings the other one to the default page. So if I have the Parenting board open on the "all forums" tab and I want to go see what's happening on "my birth club" it will bring the "all forums" tab back to the menu page. It's annoying to only be able to have one thread up at a time. I don't think any of this is making sense....
    Makes sense! I'm passing onto tech to see if this should be happening or not.
