Britax marathon - Black Friday deal at target $180 + 5% redcard + 10% baby coupon
This is easy. Nextfit. The Marathon is really short shelled, the nextfit is easier to unstall and will allow you to keep your baby 5 times safer as you can RF longer in it than the Britax. I'm a CPST tech and highly recommend the Nextfit.
Milestone is good too. It's essentially the 4Ever minus the backless booster stage. It's a Target exclusive and is very affordable. It's a great seat as you'll only need to buy 1 car seat ever and has the highest RFing limits, as most Graco seats have these days. However, they are not as easy to install as the Nextfit, so it does get one marker there and if you drive a small car the Nextfit would work better as this one is one of the slimmer seats.
Nothing wrong with the Size4Me. Other than the ease of install and the extra inch of space the Size4Me is better. It has the taller shell than the nextfit and other similar features.
I just find he graco seats not as user friendly, even though they look the same on paper. They're hard to tighten, the straps are pretty twisty, the reclines are weird and there's not as many options for reclining rear facing, etc. but the price is so good I keep coming back anyway.
Mama to a little girl born July 2011 and a little boy born April 2014!
^wss I have a Britax Boulevard that I loved from 9 months to 18 ish months. Now we're getting close to outgrowing it RF'ing at 25 months. We have a Size4Me in our other vehichle. I want to love it, but I sort of hate it.
The Chicco had just come out when we bought our convertibles. We almost bought two, but decided it was too much $. I so regret that decision now.
