WTF ex roommate - You told me and DH in July that you had a conference "sometime in November", woukd be sending us the dates once you knew them, and said you would like to see us when you get in.

I haven't heard from you since July and now you send me your flight schedule and tell me you are staying with us. Would have appreciated 1 -2 weeks notice...but see you tonight.

WTF, snow. We got 50 inches in the past two days and are expecting another 12-24 inches by end of the day tomorrow. Sure hope I don't end up needing to go anywhere...

@abcmom12 Yep, Buffalo but it's a lot of snow even for us. I'm just thankful to be safe and warm. However, I can't help thinking... what if I go into labor in the next few days (I have no rational reason to think this).

My brother was born during a blizzard. My mom swears that the blizzard caused her to go into labor. Lol

That is crazy! There has already been one story on the news of a women in my town giving birth at the fire-hall yesterday.

I don't really know about polar vortexes-- this is just a bunch of lake effect snow but it's not really very cold out. It's really fortunate that it's not that cold too because there are people stranded out there.

Oh wow! That would be so embarrassing.

My brother was actually born on my lo's due date and we live in the same town they lived in in the 80's, so I'm hoping no blizzards. I don't want to be driving to the hospital in those conditions.

Wow, WTF weather! Sorry to hear some of you are dealing with snow already. I can totally relate. It's been raining all day here which means I can't take DD to the park after work. Also I've had to put long sleeved t-shirts on her twice this week. TWICE!

Stupid Miami weather.

(Seriously though, I hope you are all safe up there. Fingers crossed for no babies during blizzards!)

WTF number 2 today...

WTF dh. You told me it was an ok time for me to take a shower and you could watch dd. Well, while in the shower I hear weird noises. I get out and dd runs up to me and hands me a screwdriver. She had gotten into the laundry room while dh was supposed to be watching her. What was he doing? He was on the phone for the warranty on his computer monitor. And then got mad at me for yelling at him to help me get the screwdriver away from dd since he was talking on the phone...

WTF morning from hell- husband woke me up at 4am to tell me his battery had died and he couldn't start his car. I told him to take my car since he makes oooo 4x what I make and pays all the bills. Couldn't fall back asleep, laid there thinking about how I was going to get my son to daycare and me to work. Mom comes to pick me and my son up and out of no where my 2 year old gets a nice bloody nose for the first time. Drop him off at daycare and on the way out to my moms car I twist my ankle and fall in the driveway. Messed my back up really good, and am now waiting on a call from the advice nurse to see if I need to come in to check on baby. Ughhh not fun at 37 weeks pregnant

WTF baby. I went for my 36 week appointment today. Baby is still breech with a 95% chance of NOT turning before EDD (not enough room nor fluid). Doctor was awesome and super honest. She said she doesn't recommend a version and her success rate is only 40-50% of actually being able to turn baby. She'll continue to monitor baby's position for the next two weeks, but scheduled us for a c-section on December 9th. I know c-sections are done all the time, but that doesn't mean I'm still not bummed about the news...

WTF body! These lovely little menstrual like cramps are freaking me out. Everyone says that they're normal and it's my body getting things ready. I'm not freaking ready ... I still have 24 days until my due date. Go away cramps. GO AWAY!

WTF - Co-workers- I spend the last three days at a conference and all anyone could say was they don't think I'll make it to due date b/c I am too big and looked miserable....Yes I was miserable, yes I am fat (quite noticeable when you are under 5 feet), yes I had back pain from those chairs, yes walking all over the place meant I had to sit a few times b/c of braxton hicks... but really- the end isn't a picnic and you know I'm hoping to make it - geezz I still have a month to go.

I had something similar to these last night and I still have 43 days, but I think they were poop cramps.

WTF spotting and self panic? I started spotting a few hours after my cervical check. This was my 3rd check and that had not happened before. Called triage immediately and as I was explaining what was happening it became obvious that such a thing could happen from a check. Still spotting, so I called my doctor today and she said I could spot for 2-3 days, and apologized for not warning me. WTF to wearing a panty liner while pregnant. I've really enjoyed the whole no period/bleeding thing.

Also had the same thing happen after my first cervical check yesterday- freaked me out for a minute!! Mine has already stopped though.

WTF self?! I failed my strep b test and then cried about it because I'm allergic to a bunch of antibiotics and they scare me. Obviously, I will take them for the sake of my baby but it was not good news and I had a mini breakdown lol

@misskilljoy‌ Thank you! I hope your baby has turned by tomorrow! Yeah, my doctor told me she would totally do the version if I wanted to try, but she feels, personally, that it might add unneccessary distress to the baby. So...I'm gonna simmer on it and let her know at next week's appointment. She also recommended I try sitting on my knees and tilting my upper body downwards on my elbows for 5 minutes every couple hours to see if that might help. But she didn't seem optimistic. My amniotic fluid is at 6.2 and 6-10 is considered normal, but since I'm on the low end----> low fluid, not much room= baby stuck in breech. Boo. I should've expected this though because this baby has been giving me a hard time the entire time! Fingers crossed that your baby is nicer to you!
