Toddler bed transition night one: Update in comments

I was really hoping to keep dd in her crib as long as possible, especially since she will be room sharing with her little brother when he arrives in a few weeks. Well, dd decided to climb out of her crib this afternoon after her nap. So, we are on night one of her in her toddler bed. It seems ok so far. We haven't ventured in. Have not heard her since we laid her down and she ran to the door and knocked on it calling dh. Fingers crossed for a good night sleep for all of us!

I hope it went well. DS still hasn't gotten out at night. Naps are a different story but so far nights have been good. I hope you enjoy the same success!

Hope last night went well!!

Last night went great! Like I said in my post last night, she ran to her bedroom door and was knocking and calling dh. I went to check on her much later, and she was fast asleep in her bed wrapped up in her blanket. So, she put herself to back to bed and went to sleep and slept through the night.
She was up at a little before 7:30 once again knocking on the door calling dh.
Overall, I would call last night a huge success!
