  First of all, you don't have to keep posting to check if your siggy is changing. Just check back on this post or any where you have posted and you'll see the changes. 

  
  

  Second, are you using a site like photobucket to get your pics? You could try making them all the same height or width within the site you are using. @jessa8907 is good with this kind of thing too...
