I'll kick today off!
Pre-weight loss program (2013) - 165(ish) lbs.
Pre-pregnancy weight after lifestyle change (up to June 2014) - 135 lbs.
Weight at 24 weeks + 2 days - 154 lbs. (this morning)
19 pounds in 20+ weeks sounds reasonable, and my OB isn't concerned. Since about 16 I've naturally hovered in the 140s-150s (which puts me in the overweight category at 5'3"), she thinks my body is trying to go back to my "natural" size while gaining. I don't know what that means, but I'm frustrated to see all my hard work disappearing. Anyone else felt like this?
I had to cut back on my normal routine since it was pretty ab/back focused, and I can't get through an entire set of anything upper body anymore. (I always struggled with upper anyway.) Right now I'm walking daily and doing chores like sweeping/mopping hoping to keep some tone that way. I want to do more. I'm just always so exhausted. Boo.
Anywho, my philosophy is even the best diet/cleanse won't do diddly unless you do something with your body.
How are you altering your eating habits?
Have you incorporated exercise into your routine? Are you struggling to incorporate it in or confused where to start?
Are you trying/struggling to gain weight?
Any unhealthy habits you want to quit and need to be supported doing so?

Re: Fitness Friday!
So far im doing good about not smoking.
After my delightful bought of flu im finally going to start working out.
@St3wd dont worry so much about your weight on the scale. Just focus on taking care of yourself. The better shapr your in now the easier labor can be and the easier it can be to get your body back.
