How can you tell the difference between bloat from being pregnant and a baby bump? I know this may sound like a dumb question but I have no idea about anything. Thank you!
The bloat is real, you have a lot of blood flowing down to your pelvic area plus extra progesterone. Your uterus will not be above your pelvic bone until week 12. The "bump" we are seeing now is commonly referred to as a "blump".
Just sore boobies. Super tired yesterday. Two naps throughout the day and a good night sleep and I already think of sleeping. Some nausea this morning but my stomach was super empty at that time. Gassy...oh gosh... I don't feel like a lady anymore!! No dizziness yesterday and I hope for none today as I have to drive places today and with the intensity of the dizziness I get it might not be safe to drive. Happy Monday Everybody!! :-)

Me- 28, DH- 32 ----> together six years, married June 2012
TTC ---> since the wedding night Initial diagnosis of PCOS, currently labeled as unexplained infertility
Clomid and trigger shot regimen BFP 12/20/13, EDD 8/25/2014, baby got his wings at 11 weeks and 3 days.
On and off mild nausea, just a little ick feeling in the back of my throat. When I feel nauseous I don't want to eat but I am able to without issue. Morning drainage, I always have it, makes me gag. Blood in snot. Boobs still sore. That's about it, counting myself lucky so far. I do have another ultrasound tomorrow at 6w4d to check for heartbeat. Had one at 5w4d (even though I thought I was 6w2d but I ovulated late) and there wasn't a heartbeat yet. Praying that everything looks good tomorrow!!
I'm beyond tired. I decided to have a coffee today. I haven't had one since my BFP...it was disgusting. I haven't been able to shake the naseaua since.
First ultrasound today at 3pm!! Can't decide if i am nervous or excited.
Im fairly certain I have scarred my 9yo. With him I never actually vomited, a lot of nausea, no vomit. So, when this morning my stomache was goving me trouble, I attempted to ignore it and continue talking with my sleepy boy.... only to sprint across the living room and thru the hallway and spew all over myself and the bathroom floor.
No symptoms. I took my 6th pregnancy test just to make myself feel better.
Me: 30; DH: 32
Married since 3/15/08.
Pregnancy 1: BFP on 1/24/11 - Molly born on 10/6/11!
Pregnancy 2: BFP on 11/5/14 - Baby #2 due on 7/17/15!
In between pregnancies, I've grown to love my "other" baby. The "carb baby", that's taken permanent residence in my belly, thanks to my overzealous love of bread, pasta and pastries. Hence my name.
Headache, some morning gagging/no appetite and EXHAUSTION! I decided it was time to get my larger than normal rear end to the gym this morning. I normally do spinning or an intense boot camp work out, but haven't done anything since they day before I got my BFP. Started slow with really easy elliptical work. I had to get off after 20 minutes because I was getting dizzy, then severe nausea hit when I tried to force down a KIND bar and some strawberries. I was going to do laundry and clean once my DS gets home in 20 minutes, but now it's looking like a nice nap.
I'm nauseated, but also so hungry. I don't know what I want to eat. It's all been trial and error and what tasted good the day before does not taste good the next day. DH has been a trooper and going out to get me things to try to tempt me to eat. I cried last night because when we were out with my parents for dinner I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, but when I got it I couldn't even touch it. I felt awful. Also boobs are still incredibly sore.
The only foods I've been able to stomach the past few days have been pasta with a little bit of butter and salt, boiled sweet potato, and Cream of Wheat. Even then, I've thrown up while preparing them, gagged while eating them, but have somehow managed to keep everything down.
I am trying to decide that it's a positive. It means there is probably really a baby in there! I am freaking out about the whole thing. I'm not sure if "unreasonable anxiety about pregnancy" is a symptom or not. Maybe it's part of 'mood swings', so I'll add that.
I would be happier about morning sickness, fatigue and mood swings if I could just eat something, take a nap, and have everyone stop ticking me off.
I'm 7w2d and haven't really had a ton of symptoms. I've been nauseous a few times, here and there, but I haven't started actually throwing up. My boobs have been sore, but that's gotten better over the last few days. The cramping that I had in week 4 and 5 has stopped. I have been a little more tired than usual and wanting to eat all the time, even when I'm not hungry.
I don't have my first doctor's appointment until next Monday and the wait is driving me crazy!
So I have nausea and tired all the time, I'm 7 weeks but my boobs aren't growing. They're sore on random days but same. Is that normal? I guess I'm expecting them to be growing already. Anyone else on the same boat?
I was totally out of commission this weekend with nausea and a terrible headache. Today the headache is gone and nausea is still present but not nearly as bad. Sore boobs if they are touched. And of course so tired I could literally stay in bed all day!
Food doesn't sound good at all. I have been very emotional today. Poor medical receptionist at my OB office. I went in and asked for my blood results on Friday. She told me (3500) for being at 6 weeks. I stared to tear up and ask if that is very low. She said every female is different and as long as the numbers double today, I should be ok. I haven't had any syntoms since Thursday and that's why my OB scheduled the labs, besides some spotting the week prior.
I have been a wreck all morning, depressed and emotional that my body just doesn't feel pregnant anymore and something is wrong. If numbers are low they are scheduling me for u/s.
I called my OB this morning to make my first appointment and they told me Dec. 2nd!? I was shocked they wanted me to wait so long. I am going to call back because last time I had low progestrone and I am pretty sure I was already on a prescription for it by 5 weeks. When I asked why I am being scheduled so far out, they told me that they typically don't see anyone until 8 weeks. I am a little peeved.
I feel good although I know it's still super early. I didn't start feeling a bit nauseous until about 6.5 weeks last time. And that was only when I got hungry.
I'm just having some dull aching and cramping that feels like PMS. I had this last pregnancy, too, so it's strangely comforting.
BFP #1 - 11/7/12 * M/C - 12/8/12 @ 7W6D BFP #2 - 3/2/13 * DS1- BORN ON EDD - 11/13/13 BFP #3 - 11/7/14 * DS2 - BORN ON EDD - 07/21/15
Nauseous. Thanks to the gumbo and onion rings I had last night...so now my MS is amplified. BBs are still sore, but sleeping in a comfortable bra at night is helpful.
Today is a crappy day for me. I just don't feel good overall the nausea and fatigue are in full affect. I have a horrible attitude that I can't shake and IT'S MONDAY! I hate Mondays because my manager bitches and complains about everything! Anybody have some superglue? I need to seal her lips to calm a small piece of my irritation. Happy Monday everyone!
Woke up with a sore throat and congestion this morning. As the day went on I am feeling more feverish. So I am definitely getting (have) a cold. Also, I spotted a bit for the first time today which kind of freaked me out.
Just tired. I've only been up for a few hours, but I'm ready for a nap. I've had some mild cramping, but I'm not worried about it. I also seem to have intermittent heart burn. With DD, nothing really started until week 5, so I'm enjoying this!
Starting to just feel "ick." A little nauseous, can't decide if food helps or is disgusting, sore boobs, and tired. Which is not particularly fun, but a little reassuring since that's the way I felt with DS.
I still feel normal and it's hard not to not stress. I have my ultrasound on Friday and I am so excited.
So I pulled out the home doppler and was playing with it, I totally picked up two different heartbeats (not mine because I found that also and it wasn't as fast) but one was 120's and the other 140's. They are on the other side of my tummy from each other so I don't think it's an echo or anything. I read it could be the placenta but it would be a more whisshing noice vs the the gallapping. But they were both strong gallapping.. We will see Friday!
Edit: I just got my ultrasound moved up to Wednesday! Yay I also forgot I have a cold
I'm so overly sensitive to smells right now, it's driving me crazy! Any time I get w/in 10 feet of the litter box, it's *all* I can smell. Even if DH just cleaned it out, it's overpowering to me
Otherwise, just tingly boobs still...

Super nauseous all the time now. Throwing up occasionally and gagging a lot. I had to start the morning drinking a coke just to sit up and take care of the kids.
Hey all - could use some reassurance here. Just finished my lunch and besides feeling nauseated after eating (normal for me now), I am feeling a little bit short of breath and my heart seems to be beating more rapidly, as if I just got back from the gym! Has anyone experienced this? Is it something to be concerned about?

@amc1087 I feel like this occasionally in conjunction with my nausea. I'm inclined to believe that it's normal...
Headaches the past few days! Ugh.. And now I feel nauseous if I don't eat, and everything I do eat makes me feel nauseous.. Yay. On top of feeling tired all the time, I had a reaaally late girls night out Saturday and still trying to recover from the lack of sleep.

@draeray @taschultz Saltine crackers, ginger ale, and sucking on hard candies all seem to be popular ways to try and keep the nausea at bay.
