Sunday randoms

why do my children wake up so early. 545am on a Sunday. Don't they know it's the day of rest?!

I went to bed late last night, couldn't sleep from excitement! We found a house last week, but obviously had a contingency that we needed to sell our house so I didn't want to get my hopes up. Last night we got an offer! For list price!!! I'm so happy :)

Today I will internet browsing paint colors, washers/dryers, and refrigerators :) woot!

What are you all up to?

    I'm here. DS2 let me sleep until 6:45. That's pretty good for him. He actually just conked out again, but I'm awake. DH is going to cook us some football foods today. I'm going to order some Christmas decorations. Should be a nice relaxing Sunday.

    Congrats @piglet6609‌ ! That's awesome!

    I'm up and DS is still sleeping! I even heard him wake up in the middle of the night, and just talk to himself for a few minutes and went back to sleep. Much unlike the night before where he woke up screaming for me three times like a newborn!

    Gonna shower now before he gets up, then off to grocery shop. DH comes home tonight, which is good.

    E let me "sleep in" until 7:30 today. Nothing on the agenda but chores since we didn't do shit yesterday. I'm about to throw some beef stew in the crockpot for dinner. Exciting stuff.

    Reese got into our room at 545. DH is the worst in the morning. He is an awesome parent during the day but can't parent before 9am.

    It's weird not to hear my kid in the morning. But I wish he was here to wake my husband up.

    I have to grocery shop today. And I've got to figure out some easy quick things because I'll be in a training class until 6 for the next few days.

    I'm trying to decide if I should mention my sister's bizarre behavior to my parents or not. Pretty sure my dad will tell me I'm being ridiculous and that it will just upset my mom. And that no good or change will come from it except that I'll look like the asshole.

    DS2 was up at 6:30. Not cool. He has some virus with mouth sores so he's miserable. The dr didn't say HFM but that's what I'm thinking. I hope it's done soon.

    I woke up way too early and couldn't fall asleep. Then realized we were out of coffee. I almost cried.

    I barely got a buzz last night but still feel blah and have a headache. Really!!??

    I'm just so so tired.

    And I got stuck watching DS' Animal Odd Couples show on national geographic kids. He's running around upstairs. They just did a story on a goat that was best friends with a blind horse. The horse just died and the goat is sad and I can't handle it.

    The baby was up from 2-4:30 cooing & playing like it wasn't MOTN. Up with her & DS now watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse & having coffee. About to shower & go into work for a bit then I guess go to my in-laws for dinner. I'd love to skip that last part & go do some solo grocery shopping after work while H goes to pick up the girls. Its pouring down rain tho so that sucks.

    I guess that post about finding $300 and returning it (T-Lex?) got to me. I had a dream last night that I found an envelope with money in it outside of the grocery store. I only saw a few bills, mostly singles, so I took it to my car to count how much was inside. It ended up being $230. I drove home contemplating what to do and ultimately decided to keep it :/ My dream me sucks. And FTR, I would return that amount of money IRL.

    Today was my day to sleep in, so dh got up with DS. I cant believe I slept til almost 10...that's super late for me. On another note, pretty sure I'm coming down with DS's cold. Ugh.

    Today's agenda involves finally getting DS's new bedroom finished with paint. This has been a week long project that we just can't finish! Fuck painting. I cant stand it.

    MH has some serious untreated ADD. He says to me before "I'm just going outside to smoke a cig and then im coming in to paint". That was 45 min ago. Fuck dude. Rly??

    Eta I would just go do it myself but I need to wait til kiddo goes down for a nap or else the rest of my house will be destroyed while I'm painting.
