I just found out that one of my dear friends took her own life yesterday, leaving behind a 3yo daughter. She was the most kind and beautiful woman both inside and out, that I have ever had the privilege to know. This is just such unbelievably heartbreaking news to hear and I can't imagine what her family must be going through right now. If anyone could please spare and thoughts or prayers for her little girl and her family during this very difficult time they would be much appreciated.
Also if you or anyone you know is suffering from depression please, please get help or try to reach out to them to get help as hard as you can. Depression is nothing to be embarrassed about and should not be taken lightly. Things can go horribly wrong left untreated. I wish I could have tried harder to get through to her but It was too late, I can't help but think of "what if"...
