That is unspeakably upsetting and I think pp have expressed my thoughts already. I agree with @mrs.AmyDylans advice regarding legal protection. I also think it is wise to take a few days as you've said. I am sending positive thoughts to your ute and the embie that is tucked away in there.

Oh JB. First off, yay for a good transfer, and I pray your embie is snuggling in tight.

But honestly I am shocked and appalled that something like this happened. How very heartbreaking.

I understand wanting to vent here and share what happened. But if you do proceed with a lawsuit (as an anti-sue believer also, I firmly believe you would be well within your rights!) let me know and I will delete this post. Better not to have anything out here that could be evidence one way or the other.
