A LB's most anticipated moment...
Our sweet
@Kllopez1221 got admitted an hour ago and Baby Max is (finally) on his way!!! He gave mommy a little scare by being extra quiet this morning, and after a visit to L & D they decided to admit her! He's taken 10 extra days to bake to perfection and Max will soon be in her arms (& just in time for daddy to be able to make it to his interview tomorrow morning!)
I'll keep you guys updated as things progress but for now let's send her our well wishes and love for a quick and easy labor/delivery!
********************
UPDATE #1 (as of 4:15pm PST on 11/13)"They gave me cytotec to help dilate me more. Hopefully that's all it will take to get me in active labor, I'm having contractions but nothing painful. Just ate lunch and now Mario and I are going to try to take a nap. The midwife came in and said it could take anywhere from 24-48 hours. Hoping to prove them wrong and have him out today. But that's probably wishful thinking. Lol just glad we are here and he's is doing great. Listening to his little heartbeat is reassuring! We are both in shock that he is on his way. I tried to get on the bump but the service is not great here. Tell all the ladies thanks for all the support! I couldn't have made it through this pregnancy without my N14 harpie peeshes."
UPDATE 2: *on page 2*UPDATE 3 (as of 3pm PST on 11/14)"So no change at all, at 1.5 and 80% effaced. So more cytotec for me and at 9 they will start pitocin, feeling really really discouraged. The way things are headed we will probably end up with a csection."
Send her all the good vibes that these dose of Cytotec works out and little Max comes today! She has been SUCH a trooper and beyond patient thru all this!
UPDATE 4 (as of 7:15am PST on 11/15)"They started the pitocin at 9pm, and at 3am after 6 hrs of contractions less than 15 seconds (yes SECONDS) apart, I still was at 2cm. So they went ahead and broke my bag of waters, the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced. Then it was epidural time. Holy hell I wanted to kiss the anesthesiologist. I've been sleeping ever since and they just checked me, I'm 100% effaced and 5 cm, baby is at 0 station and we will be meeting Max sometime today!!! I will keep you posted but for now back to some of the best sleep I have had in 3 months lol!! Yay!!!
UPDATE 5 (as of 3:30pm PST on 11/15)"We will be having a csection Max should be here by 6. His head won't fit through my pelvis lol. So excited! Not exactly the plan but so glad he is almost here. Can't believe we are about to meet our boy!!!"
She's in good spirits & a serious rockstar for it!!! By the next update there will be a baby in her arms!! I'm so excited for her and her DH!!
FINAL UPDATE:
HE'S HERE!!! HE'S HERE!!!
Baby Max is here!
8lbs 10 oz and 20 inches long & look how incredibly gorgeous he is you guys!

She'll fill you in on the rest of the details!! Congratulations sweetie!!! So thrilled for you!!!!
