Nothing is ever 100% but you will know for sure when he/she is born! Honestly, if you are doubting it then why not schedule a 3D or 4D in the near future? Maybe that would give you piece of mind!
I agree with @ash3k . Schedule the elective 3d/4d. Tell me the money wouldn't be worth it to know for sure and to all get to see the little jelly bean bounce around. I'm still considering it, bc the 3d looks so cool.
They can be wrong very, very rarely. I think I would trust that the ultrasound wasn't lying to you. You're having a boy. Millions of women think they're having one sex and it turns out they're having the other. Congrats on your baby boy.

Before you left, you should have asked 'hey, is there any chance this could be wrong or....' I feel like you posted this hoping someone will be like 'ya, they're wrong allllll the time, intuition is usually right'
Common sense says trust the person that can see inside your uterus.
You are very hormonal and tend to always be so sarcastic! You don't have to comment hunny move on to the next post and save your breath. Thanks
Don't patronize. You posted a question on a forum. (yes, forum, not support group.) people can comment how they like, not how you like. (within the TOU.) For hair petting try another site.
Why don't you post an ultrasound of your baby's junk and let me use my ultrasound reading expertise to tell you if the person that gets paid to look at ultrasounds is wrong?

"hormonal" > dumb question asking. Thanks.
Hunny is there a question mark in there don't think so! It's a statement..
Your question is missing a question mark. And stop calling people "honey." Again, patronizing.
FTR: tried to type the word as spelled by OP, but laptop kept correcting to bunny, so...
No denying she is awful but at least she has somewhat faded away into early 2000's dust.
Had no idea (until this thread provoked me to Google Avril Lavigne) that she is married to the lead singer of Nickelback.
Ew.
Not anymore! That vomitous union was short lived. They've already separated. We have an ongoing 'Who Hates Nickelback More?' feud at work, so I may have put their framed wedding pic on a coworker's desk as a welcome-back-from-vacation surprise :-)
As with any job a mistakes can happen but as an ARDMS registered ultrasound tech myself when I see a gallstone I know it's a gallstone. I am sure when your tech saw a penis she was sure it was a penis.
We try not to make mistakes because it can cost us our jobs. You don't know the training we went though and the countless hours of internship we must go though. So trust your tech and your doctor and not some random "feelings" you have been having after seeing the picture with your own eyes. Believe me a radiologist will be looking at the pictures that the tech takes because there is more to an A/S than just finding out the sex of the baby in case you did not know that. The radiologist will then in turn speak to your doctor about all the findings. Good luck with your baby boy.
Sorry that was long, but I had to get that off my chest with all the Special Snowflakes asking internet strangers if the tech can be wrong.

You're a trained ultrasound tech? Prepare for the pm flooding of baby crotch shots! Ummm could you give me second opinion??
@SMFB fortunately for me my ARDMS specialty is in Abdomen and not OB. I have not practiced OB since I finished school over 8 years ago. So while I would be better than an untrained person it's not my specialty!
Ugh. Dumb post is dumb.
I know the OPs name and avatar are ringing some distant shitty bells for me but I can't for the life of me remember what past offense she committed. And I'm too lazy to dig through her posting history, but just know, I'm giving the side-eye big time.
I had to re-read, I thought that said "some distant shitty balls" and I was so confused...
Nickelback and I share a home town. They came back once to film the "Photograph" video. During that time all stores had to change prices so that they could give...surprise....nickels back! But don't forget to ask "would you like your nickel back?" Awkward shit.

oh no! Did you have to work at one of those stores during that time? Was it awful? I would have felt the overwhelming urge to quit on the spot the first time I was forced to say that....
@Prpljade I did work at one such place! As a bitchy 17 year old it just wasn't gonna happen from me Although I should be grateful, that town is now covered in nickelback murals and signs with their claim to fame. I got out in time!

I would totally buy all girl stuff if that's what your instincts said. Always trust your instincts.
