@abbalish I know it's not peoples favorite thing to see, but that's probably how I'll do it. I'm just not creative enough for one of these cutesy posts, and I don't want to be super boring and just write it out...I feel like people will just scroll on by and not even realize it's an announcement lol. I figure at least an u/s pic will grab people's attention. DH and I have been together a really long time and I know a lot of our old friends we don't see much anymore will be really excited for us...so I just don't want them to miss it!

This is half of ours. The other half I can't blur out our full names right now...suffice it to say, the top half is all fiance (dinosaurs and gaming dice) and the bottom half is a "script" title page, with "Baby Boy V---- (working title)" on it. For me, as a theatre artist.

Here is ours. I was 14 weeks on Friday and finally tracked down the rest of our out of town family to tell via Skype and on the phone before we posted this. Then we put it on Facebook Friday night and it keeps bringing a smile to our face with all the texts and Facebook posts.

I didn't want to do this but DH wanted to post the picture on his facebook. He NEVER posts on facebook so I figured it was okay. I did feel weird about everyone seeing the inside of my uterus...and because we only have one u/s picture so far I felt like it was something special for us that would somehow be "less special" if he posted it. But he was finally showing some real excitement over everything so I got over my hormones.
