I quiz my husband every few weeks to see if he knows how far along I am (knowing full well that he's clueless). This week, his legitimate guess was "54 weeks?"'
I am confused by/upset with a friend who did me a huge favor and came out to watch my kids from mid day Tuesday to mid day Wednesday so we could go to an over night awards thing for SO. I am scared that she just let the kids graze on foods. She knows we are not allowing them to eat in their rooms... She let them eat in there anyway (food evidence). All the snack foods are eaten, but none of the meal foods... even the fruit cups were ignored. We are talking kids 7 and under. As near as we can tell, she also left the dogs in their crates or in the garage. We found lots of dog poop in the garage. Around the mini van that she was suppose to use to pick up the kids from school... You know, the small kids who need to be in car seats still... There was no way the van ever came out of that garage with that nastiness around it. I think we left and she put the dogs out there (2 35lb doxie lab mixes) instead of letting them into the fenced in back yard. Said friend is one of 2 adults coming to care for the kids while I have baby... I am kinda scared but have no one to replace her to help my other friend.
I feel a little bad complaining because she did do us a big favor watching the kids. Still... It doesn't sit right.
Super tame but I tried out a grocery deliver service the other day. Carrying groceries up a couple flights of stairs (multiple trips) was becoming difficult and I can only ask the neighbors for help so many times.
I have sharted more than once. One time I was driving at night looking for my parent's new house in PA. First time I had ever been there, dad gave horrible directions and my phone was dead. I crapped my pants, had to stop at a mcdonalds, toss my underwear and ask for directions.

It was well worth the delivery fee.
Screw flights of stairs. I would've done this months ago
@AlwaysForgetful that's awkward. Maybe leave a meal plan next time and clearer instructions about the dogs? It's always awkward to address "performance issues" when someone's doing you a favour.
bfp#4 3/19/2014 edd 12/1/2014 please let this be the one!
My mom is here now to help with DD and the babies when they come. She did my grocery shopping yesterday and made supper, did some dishes and got DD ready for bed. That's not all that flammable. The flammable part is that we have a cs scheduled for next Tuesday that we haven't told anyone about. We just keep telling people we're waiting and seeing. I feel bad about not telling my mom since she's the one that will be taking care of DD and is doing so much for us. We will tell her before Tuesday, I just don't know when. (We aren't telling people because I'm having a hard enough time myself knowing their birth date is scheduled and want others to be surprised, and because I don't need the constant "so, are you ready??", "2 more days!!!", "can't wait!!!" And people showing up at the hospital before we're ready for visitors).

@RayRay007 That is the odd part. Even though this is not her first time doing this (I also take her teens twice a summer for 2 week at a time), I left a meal plan for her, showed her where, and made sure she knew the house rules again... a short list. It is still on my fridge since I will need it in 2 weeks. Kids lunches and snacks for the next day were put together in the fridge (stacked together so it was clear). Also snacks they could have after school and before bed were all set for her and in the normal "snack bin". It is labeled. Also listed was a reminder about the 1 year olds allergy/sensitivity and her goats milk.
Basically dogs can go outside, no eating in bedrooms, Snacking only at snack times (one child has severe acid reflux, so this needs to be followed), meal/snack times, Kids chores of picking up the living room every night. I feel like a bad friend for being so cranky about it. At the same time... We do eat healthier because of some health concerns. And that is just gross. Especially the poop in the garage. Not safe for my kids to not be in their car seats either.
We already put the other friend in charge of meals when they come up for baby. I know she will follow things better. She use to live with us for a bit till she got back on her feet. We let other friend know and played it off as doing said friend a "favor" because she is not a morning person and so on. Hence all the freezer meals, the freezer breakfasts, and so on that we have.
My FFFC: I still have my pee sticks from my BFP in April. They just are sitting there... collecting dust in my cabinet. It's kind of gross, but I still love seeing those two little lines.
I saved my pee sticks from all three of my BFPs... I too feel weird about it but I can't throw them away.
My FFFC: I'm always eating at my desk at work and now that I can't really lean forward I drop A LOT of stuff on the ground... I am currently sitting in a wasteland of popcorn, veggies from soup, steak from a philly cheesesteak I ate yesterday and I feel little shame about it. I am not gonna bend down to clean it up. Also I've missed the garbage can when throwing things away sometimes so there is some garbage there too. I blame it on our cleaning crew, they're too lazy to clean up my mess! (And today is my last day at work so I give no f u c k s.)
December 2014 November Siggy Challenge: How I Feel in Third Tri
July 2013, I finally weighed less than it said on my driver's license. Best feeling ever. BUT, I am nowhere near that weight now.

@MissChristineMarie - might be time to toss them. Please don't tell me that you are saving them to scrapbook.
@CandEChicago was it Instacart? I want to try it so bad! I don't have stairs to walk up but I do have a 3 year old that makes it super hard to get everything in the house.
@chelseavranich - yes. I liked how I could shop my normal store. I hear you can add multiple stores into 1 order. It was nice to have same day service (compared to the last time I used Peapod).
Edit: My one complaint is that if you have a qyestion you have to email customer service versus having a number to call. One of the items I ordered was supposed to be a 2 count but they only purchased 1. Customer service corrected the invoice price. Just wish I could have spoke to someone.

FFFC: I also have my pregnancy tests from my loss and from this pregnancy. I don't plan on scrapbooking them but I don't really plan on tossing them either.
I still wrote thank you cards, but I'm annoyed by people that bought books that were on my registry at PBK/Target from amazon. Yes I know it's cheaper, but now I have 6 sets of the same book because it still shows up as available.
Super tame, but almost everything on my drivers license is a lie.
It doesn't have my married name
I (in no way at all) weigh what it says any more
My address is wrong
AND I've shrunk an inch since getting it.
Mine has had me at the same weight since I was 16. Truth is, I haven't been that weight since middle school. At my adult skinniest, I've gotten within 5 lbs, but never down to that weight. Still not changing it. I can totally get there someday.
My FFFC: Yesterday my back was hurting like crazy. I finally figured out that half of the pain was from my bra. I took it off and went half the day braless (I asked a coworker I trust if it was noticeable, and she said she couldn't tell). I know I can't do that today because the shirt I decided to wear is silky and thin. But it was glorious.

I do this almost everyday during my prep period. My bra is causing pain right above my rib and below my right boob, and taking it off relieves the pain. So I sit and grade/do work with no bra on. I just hope no one comes to my room to visit during that time!
I had to renew my license in September so there was no way I was putting the correct weight on there!
My FFFC confession: I had pretty much eliminated caffeine and soda but I crave Coke and Pepsi all the time that as last week I have been having a can a day. I feel like I have to sneak it too. Dr said soda and caffine are okay in moderation but I still feel a little guilty every time I drink one.
I shop for movies on Black Friday or rather Thanksgiving evening. We eat at 2 and this is my thing and now my Dads. I'm usually home within 1-2hrs and feel so shame. I'm always very polite and Thanksgiving isn't a big holiday to me.
I got myself a custard pan dulce because I love custard filled anything. Well of course DD rolls up and demands a piece so I give her a corner. She takes one bite and quickly attempts to spit it out because of the custard.
I just removed the big piece from her tongue and ate it. @-) no custard pan goes to waste in this house. I'm gross. Don't care.

I was feeling so crampy and gross yesterday that I thought something was wrong. I had eaten some bad food that I should've tossed so I think that's all it was. Still, at one point I was convinced that my water had broken b/c my underwear was wet and ran to my doctor. ...Nope... just didn't feel myself pee. Wonderful. I heard it could happen but I had no idea how embarrassing that trip to the OB would be. Doctor doesn't think LO isn't going anywhere for a while. Thank goodness.

This is not really a confession, but all this weight talk made me think of it. Me and my sister have not been getting along (long story but mostly because she is a bish) she has always been bigger, and apparently the other day she told my friend to find out how much I weigh right now because it had been her life goal for me to be bigger than her. I didn't even know how to take that. Not only is it awful, but I'm pregnant, it's not like I just gained 50 lbs for no reason. Anyways, my fffc is that I've been listening to Christmas music non stop all week. I usually wait until after Thanksgiving but I'm extra excited this year.

I just threw away the stick from DD1. That's 3 years. It was sitting in a box. It took me a year and a half to get that sucker and I could not bring myself to toss it.

The last time I had to renew my license, I was only about a month postpartum from having our first. The lady behind the counter actually said to me "you want to update the weight, right?" Because it was way less than I weighed at that moment and it was pretty obvious. I said "no, I just had a baby and don't intend to stay this weight." and gave her a very ugly look. I couldn't believe a woman would ask another woman that question. Grrrrr.
@Anna930 I literally yelled like a little kid at 4 am when I got up to pee and looked outside. Dh thought I was going into labor. Opps. It certainly makes my Christmas music feel more validated. I cannot wait to get out the decorations!
FFFC #2: Today is #4's 3rd birthday. I had nothing planned since she has no clue and her party is tomorrow. Well, I am taking her out to lunch (don't do that often). So I guess I was doing something. I am just so tired and feel like poo. SO and Auntie told me how mean I am and was trying to make me feel bad. Umm... nope. Heart of ice here.
And then #4 asked for a breakfast burrito. That is her favorite thing. Then a chicken "burrito" aka chicken snack wrap. She is having a chicken snack wrap for lunch though. Breakfast burritos are easy to make... Easier than most things. So I told SO that is fine, we WILL make a special dinner for #4. He needs to get cupcakes on the way home. We are having breakfast burritos and hash-browns for dinner. #4's favorite meal in all the world. Hehehehehe... SO is not interested and is trying to get me to go back to doing nothing. Auntie will not want that for dinner because "it isn't breakfast". I plan on telling them that they BOTH are not thinking of #4. Because we normally make their favorite meal. Yes, I am getting a sick pleasure from this after the guilt trip they tried.
Especially Auntie. She is skipping #4's birthday tomorrow because her step great grand son's birthday is the same as our #4 and we are both doing our parties tomorrow. His is 2 hours before ours. In the past she goes to both and shows up for an hour of ours (normally the earlier party) and then off to his. This year she says she is skipping ours and hence the huge push for dinner tonight. She said she just can't do 2 parties in one day. Umm, ok. Truth is, she is going gambling tonight. Not feeling bad. She skipped #5's first birthday because she was going gambling too. She goes a lot.
Oh, and I am not telling Auntie what's for dinner before she comes (she is picky eater and it annoys me). She probably won't be on time for dinner anyway.
Re weight: DH does not know and will never know my weight ever. I've been married for almost 10 years and there is no way in hell I'll let him know that number. I make him leave if he's ever been at the dr with me when I get weighed. He thinks it's comical I hide it. He just does not need to know that info. His mom and sister are super skinny. I don't need him comparing my big ass to them.

Be careful with the inaccurate address on your driver's license. Check your state's laws. I was pulled over 3 months after we moved and given a $50 ticket because I didn't change my address after 30 days. I was livid. I didn't even know that was a rule!

Lol my DH kept our pee stick...for memories. It's cute. Gross and cute.
My FFFC is that I told one of my jobs that I needed to be on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy, when that's not really the case... I've worked three jobs and been going to school full time for my PhD for the past two years. AND I had that fall and a three-day hospital stay a few weeks ago. The doctors insisted on a week of bed rest after that but then cleared me to work again. My stamina was so sapped that I just couldn't bring myself to do all three jobs again. I feel guilty about lying, but I'm just so tired!

Blech, your sister is a bitch.
Your friend should say that you were underweight to begin with and fall within the acceptable range. That will drive her even crazier.
The best part is even at 9 months pregnant I still weigh less then her!
