First U/S dates

Hello everyone, I'm just curious when everyone has their first U/S date. I don't have mine scheduled until the second week of December when I will be 10 weeks. Does this seem like a normal time frame for the first one ?

They might not be named the same as yours, but I know there were a lot of responses! And FWIW I'm pretty sure the general consensus is the same as yours. You unfortunately don't usually get an earlier US unless you have a prior history of complications.

I have mine today at 2:15. Which is 6 weeks and 2 days. I'm excited and nervous.

I have mine Monday, I'll be "8w" ... it's a dating/viability u/s bc my cycles got a little wonky.... so I expect my EDD to change.

Otherwise I don't think I'd have one until 20weeks

Mine is Monday- so nervous! They think I'm 8 weeks, based on LMP- but I have longer cycles and was using OPKs and I'm fairly certain I'll be 7 weeks exactly.

I just had my first ultra sound this morning and my due date has been pushed up to July 6 :-)

This was how my practice was my first two pregnancies. I was really surprised when they said they will do one automatically with this pregnancy at 8 weeks. I am not complanining though!

I don't have one scheduled yet. My first appt is next week & it's a new dr office for me so we'll see. With my first child, my first ultrasound was at 11wks.

My OB is the same, 1 ultrasound for the anatomy scan sometime around 20 weeks.

They won't do mine until 12 weeks. I wonder if it depends on where you live etc too because I live in Cali and no obgyn will even see you before 12 weeks here. I had my daughter who is now 4 in Louisiana and I was seen at 8 weeks! It's crazy. I also had a miscarriage so now I'm really nervous and want to be checked out to make sure it's all ok.

I am in California and my appt is at 9 weeks, so probably not that.
