Does anyone else find it easiest to lay/sleep on their stomach? When I lay any other way I have nausea and cramping enough to keep me awake? Light at the end of the tunnel? Is this harmful? (FTM @ 11 weeks)
It's not harmful as long as sleeping on your stomach isn't uncomfortable. I've never heard of only being able to sleep on your stomach, and soon that won't be an option. Maybe try propping yourself on your side with some pillows. Good luck!
