Hard,tight lower abdomen after sex?

Hey, everyone. I'm 14 weeks and 5 days. The past two nights,after my fiancé and I have sex, my lower stomach is really tight and hard and we can feel a hard lump sticking out(I think the baby) that moves away when touched. It's really uncomfortable, it usually goes away around 15 minutes after sex but last night it didn't go away and it was painful to touch or put any pressure on my stomach. It felt like the baby was lower and I had a lot of pressure that felt like it way pushing down. Is this normal or should I call my doctor?

Normal.

Uterus will tense up after orgasm. It just takes a while to relax.

Lay on your side and drink water. Sex is kind of like exercise. When you get all worked up and aren't relaxing, your ute can cramp up. And as pp stated: you get a hard stomach post orgasm. No worries.
