I absolutely love Ava but hate that it's been the top name for the last 5-10 years! Is it really being used that often? I only know of one Ava personally. Suggestions of other possibilities?
I considered Avelyn but thought it might be too trendy as well. Aveline is pretty but the pronunciation doesn't sit too well with my last name. Evelyn is an absolute "no" in my book. Should I go back to the drawing board?
Re: How many Ava's do you really know?
I think Ava is pretty for a middle name if you're stuck on it.
I know three Avas at my daughter's preschool. There are some Evas too.
No Avery though for girls, just boys.

I think it's nice, it's on my middle name list.

If you really love it then you should keep it. (I know four Bella's so Ava isn't as bad)
For an alternate, perhaps Ada or Adah? I just used Adah so I'm partial to it and so far NO ONE has heard of it lol
But like I said if OP loves Ava she should keep it
