You buy this garbage? You do realize how extreme those examples are nevermind ridiculous and offensive. You really think that liberals, or whomever that link is targeting, believe it's time to elect a woman president, any woman?!
In my opinion, being PC is not using offensive terms or stereo types... Idk, normal manners and respect-like behavior.
Steph1977 Do you do any of your own independent research and critical thinking or do you just base your opinions on propaganda and extreme examples that back up your personal views?
Please keep linking shit though, this is super entertaining.
Disprove them - please. Knock yourself out. And no, I don't have exact references stored in my head. If I had merely stated specific examples, I'm sure you would have asked for references.
I can't take the time it requires to respond to all of those examples you provided. Maybe because it was the last on the list, that it is freshest in my memory, but "I cannot even" on the one exclaiming the audicity of any concern or suggestion of serious head injuries from football, especially in our youth, that might threaten the existance of the all american sport. Just wow. Uh... I'm pretty sure that this outrageous claim exists by way of research from qualified doctors, and is not just some unfounded nonesense by liberal commentators to bring down Murica, as the careful omittance of key facts, and the tone is meant to suggest.
This is sensationalized dribble. Like someone else stated earlier, propaganda. Fear mongering. It's facebook click bait, and I'm embarrassed by persons of ANY PARTY. that use this kind of garbage to undermine any validity or credibility of their beliefs.
I grew up pro life, however as a mom, I am pro choice.
My sister is the director of a pregnancy center, it's a Christian organization but they work very hard to keep any mention of God out of it. They work hard to give the girls options. I think options and support is what is needed so much more than holding angry signs outside of an abortion center. The center offers pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and counseling. If the girl wants an abortion, they will tell them where they can go to get one. They offer classes for pregnant women, but most importantly they offer classes for once the child is born too. They offer classes for dad's too. Everytime they come to the center, they get free diapers. When they go to classes, they get "money" to get clothes and other things.
Instead of making women feel like there are no options, we need to give them options. Instead of putting out hate, Christians should be offering love and support. And if the woman decides to have an abortion, the center holds classes for the emotional side that can often happen but is often ignored.
Yea, I wouldn't let my kid play football. And that has nothing to do w/ be being a crazy liberal, but b/c I can read. No concussions needed here, thanks.
I didn't realize it was politically incorrect to deny the correlation between head injuries and football. Can someone please explain how this is an example that shows how political correctness is taking over America? @ steph1977 care to enlighten me?
Good god, is this all for real? Every one of your bullet points links to just another batshitcrazy right wing news source. CNSNEWS "the 'right' news 'right' now. NEWSBUSTERS, "exposing and combating liberal media bias" are you serious?? Not to mention this was published two years ago by an even less credible and even more ridiculous source. It even has a news section for "preppers." Sorry, but you lose credibility with everything you link. You cannot be a real person at this point, this has to be make believe...
Two cents about abortion. My first child was unexpected and early into our relationship. Catholic school and a conservative upbringing always me to swing toward pro life. Abortion was not an option for me despite actual pressure to do so by friends who have had the same experience. Being pregnant actually brought out an appreciation for the right to chose. I appreciated the experience more because I knew I had that right, and for someone to that away is irresponsible and oppressive. Liberals don't support abortion, we know it's ugly. But we as women ultimately carry that weight, men do not. You can be anti, but don't underestimate our strength and ability of a woman to make choices regarding our own reproductive health. Andplusalso. A party so wound up about single mothers and welfare would be best to support better access to birth control in the first place.
