I'm a teacher but this year I get to be a SAHM (Canadian mat leave).
My H and I have been together 10 years, married for 6.
I got frustrated when signing up for The Nest years ago that all the user names I tried were already take so I tried Everyusernameistaken half seriously...and it wasn't taken!
Favorite guilty pleasures: Starbucks peppermint mocha, frozen chicken pot pie, The Walking Dead, and The Mindy Project. ETA: and NAPPING!

I work in the back office support for a bank working with branches on operational compliance and policies/procedures.

What does your username mean? --it's just a game character name I have used in mmorpgs that I have played in the past plus my graduation year.
Favorite guilty pleasures? --Binge watching Netflix, drinking for no reason (especially while cooking), and eating anything chocolate (probably why I haven't lost the rest of the baby weight lol).
ETA: I'm not really a "newbie", but I joined late June/early July and never did a proper intro, as I thought it would be rude since I was late in the game (also thought it wouldn't be a big deal and most probably wouldn't care as I haven't been here the whole time.)

I'm a cardiology research specialist. Most places would label me as a tech, but my title sounds fancier. I basically help keep the lab running. I'm suppose to just help the post docs run experiments, but I've become more like the lab manager as well as helping design new protocols on top of helping everyone with their stuff.

I am a zookeeper but also known as a stay at home mom. I am a maid, chauffeur and personal chef. When I worked in an office I was a medical assistant manager in a crazy busy office running front and back office. I also bake and decorate cakes when I have time. I sculpt and decorate with fondant and make everything from scratch. Or I did. 4 kids doesn't leave much time for anything right now.
Dh and I first met when I was 16 and he was 21/22. His best friend and roommate was married to a friend of mine and I would go visit with her from time to time. I have two LOs. My dd is 2.5 and ds is 7 weeks.
