@mariana81 yep I definitely have more energy, and my nails no longer break!
@NariaDreaming Wow! I noticed that my nails are so much stronger too. I assumed it was because of the vitamins, but now that I think about it, I've been on vitamins a long time, so maybe it's the synthroid! That just blew my mind for some reason.

Yay AF is here!! (How weird is it saying that?) I had a moment of panic when I made the call to the nurse this morning. I guess it suddenly hit me we're actually doing this. As long as tomorrow's u/s and bw are good, I should start stimming tomorrow night. I'll let you know for sure on Monday's check in!
*** If you want to know where I (and soo many others) have gone, click here ***
I had another monitoring appointment on Friday. I have 11 follicles between 10-14mm and 4-6 smaller follicles. My E2 was around 1,075 and I forget my exact lining, but I think it was 11mm! That was after 6 nights of stims (200iu), so I feel good about that. I go back on Sunday for more monitoring.
I had an awful headache yesterday that actually caused me to get sick from the pain. I'm feeling a lot better today, but I'm still not feeling very good, so I'm just relaxing. Thankfully my husband is taking great care of me. :-)

Day 11 of stims for me. I finally get to start Cetrotide and will most likely be triggering tomorrow for ER on Tuesday. I go back in tomorrow morning for another monitoring check.
E2 is at 3246. I'm not sure what the limit is at my clinic for E2 but I'm hoping I'll still be able to do a fresh transfer since I'm sure E2 will be over 4,000 tomorrow. OHSS has never been a factor for me before so we will see.
Thanks @blueeyes233! Caffeine, Tylenol, and cold compresses are definitely the only things half keeping me going. That's a high E2! How many follicles are you growing?

Update: I now have several follicles between 13-15. They didn't give me an actual number just told me that there were several. The nurse said I had "kissing ovaries" which is pretty much how it feels. After multiple attempts to get my blood, they decided to adjust my dosing based on a trend since they couldn't draw my estradiol level. I'm hoping tomorrow goes better as far as the blood draws go.

3 Clomid Cycles in 2008- symptomatic, US just showed a tilted uterus, otherwise normal, HSG normal. DH has an ejaculatory duct obstruction and a congenital absence of the vas deferens. IVF #1 with TESE/ICSI (Antagonist protocol) Aug 2014=BFN (poor embryo quality) IVF #2 ICSI long lupron protocol November 2014
I'll try to keep my update concise. It's a bit complicated! My lining is primed and ready whenever our donor is good to go. The blood flow issues have been resolved (go lovenox + baby aspirin!!) and most of my abnormal blood levels have been brought to normal (so the Synthroid, Metformin, prednisone & diet have been working!!). My ANAs and Sjögren's are still a problem, but we're hoping to manage it with an increased dose of prednisone & IVIg. The main concern is fetal heart block, so I'll be stepping up from 10mg to 20mg of prednisone. And I'll be doing weekly IVIg infusions through 8 weeks of a pregnancy. Hopefully that'll reduce our chances of heart block significantly. Our donor has been stimming for a week, so we're getting close to the ER. FX for a great haul!!!
@RunCC37 It looks like most things are going well for you. Hopefully, the prednisone and IVIG will do the trick as well.

@mariana81 thank you fort he well wishes!
@RunCC37 things sounds like they are coming along well, hopefully your do or ER will be soon.
@blueeyes233 awesome fertility report, great news.
@SweetieShellieH yay for AF starting!
I had my ET this morning and so far everything looks great, my lining was perfect and they transferred two perfect grade AA blasts that we're starting to hatch. They are freezing 7 other blasts that were also grade AA and they think they will have a few more to freeze tomorrow morning. They will call to let us know in the morning. Now the long TWW begins, but DH and I are feeling really good about this cycle and are thinking positive.
I hope all the rest of you ladies are doing well with your stimming,, ER, ET and TWW. It's nice to have such a good support group of great ladies to go through our fertility journey experience together.

Good afternoon Tiny Turkey's. Trigger shot tonight!!! Yayy! ! But I am in a bit of a dilemma. As you all know my DH has been battling with cancer. Just found out he is cancer free. On the other hand he had a stoma reversal last Monday released Thursday now back again on Sunday for blockage in the intestines. I am not sure if I should go thru with this while he is ill. Help me Turkeys I really need advice. He wants to keep going with the cycle but I am not sure what to do. Retrieval would be Tuesday morning .
@sadzagirl10 You've come all this way. Personally I wouldn't want to waste all that time and money spent on stims, I would go ahead with the ER. You can always do a freeze all and do the ET at a better time if you want to.
