First official one will be at 9 wks, 6 days. Doing labs, pap and u/s. Wasn't going to get the early u/s but my period was irregular while ttc. I am excited to see something before the holidays!!
I went for blood work at 5w1d then again at 5w3d and again at 5w5d( this is an unexpected pregnancy while we were waiting for the all clear do to an IUI cycle - we've been trying for 3 years) we are trying to get this baby to stick! I was given the all clear for a week and I go back tomorrow at 6w5d for more blood work! What a journey ...
Mine is scheduled for the 17th. I'll be just about 8 weeks then. But I've been spotting and cramping a little so I'm getting nervous and might ask to come in sooner just to make sure everything is ok.
My first appt isn't til the 18th when I will be almost 9 weeks. It feels like forever. With my first 2 pregnancies I went in at 6 weeks but I switched practices so I guess they do things later. Will be very anxious til then!!!!
They will go by the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP).
My first appointment will be today (6w4d). I was shocked it was so early. With my son, it was around 8 weeks. She said today would be about an hour and a half but I'm not sure if there will be an ultrasound. I'm new to this practice due to moving.
I had to go in the other day just to confirm the pregnancy but out first actual appt isn't until the 24th, and I'll be 9 weeks along. So excited to see this lil bean !!
My first appt is on 11/25, I will be a litle over 10 wks. It seems like a long time to wait, but this is my first pregnancy and no history of complications, so I guess it's normal. No cause for concern as far as we know. I think it may seem longer to me because I was temping, so I found out really early at just over 4 weeks!
My first appointment is tomorrow! Holy cow, I'm beyond excited and nervous!!! Luckily it's first thing in the morning. I'll be exactly 9 weeks, according to LMP, and the doctor has assured me that I get to have an u/s. Ahhh! It's about to get real!
In Australia, you can do shared care with your GP so you only have to go into the hospital every now and then. When I found out I was pregnant (at week 5) I had my blood and urine samples & tests with my GP but have my first actual hospital visit in week 13. As I am low-risk my first ultrasound is at 20 weeks; hoping I can get one at 13 weeks though!
