Nope. I already have had 4 u/s and have 3 more scheduled. Plus my u/s tech did a quick bit of 4D during my anatomy scan, all for free because yay Canada!

My dr will do both a 2D and a 3D one at my A/S tomorrow and then another at 32 weeks.
I don't think H will be able to get off work for the A/S though so we're thinking about going to get an elective one next month together, probably around 28 weeks or so. We did it with DD and it was totally worth it. The place we went felt like a spa, we could bring whoever we wanted, and we got pictures and a DVD of the ultrasound. Worth every penny!
@MissyCee We just got one of those places where I live and I kind of wanted to check it out. Last time, we had it done at the dr's office, but this place does it cheaper. MH also couldn't make it to the a/s. I went all by my lonesome. Poor baby girl. No one cares this time. lol
My husband wants to go tomorrow for his bday. We have already been once, plus a free return trip to find out the sex. I also wanted to go near the 30 mark (but may change my mind on that one to save money). In total, these babies have been photographed 8 times so far.
Yep, I'm going. Went with my first two as well. Super cool to see what their little faces look like and to see them yawning, stretching, and making sweet and funny faces in the womb. Plus, we are taking DD (almost 5) and DS (3) with us, and they are PUMPED to see baby sister. We'll probably do it the weekend of DD's birthday and take grandmas with us too since they'll be in town for the party (at that point I'll be rouhgly 32/33 weeks). Yeah, it's an unnecessary splurge, but worth it in my book.
At our a/s they did 2d and 3d. They want to do another scan at 28 weeks to check some measurements, and they will do both again. So yay for more pictures! But boo that there is a necessity for an extra ultrasound.
I think we will get one at my 20w appt. tomorrow. Last time, I got pictures and a video. I am delivering in a different place this time, however, so I am not sure.
I think they're really neat. I personally am not seeking one out but at my A/S they weren't able to get a great view of the brain and heart so they're having me come back next week for a "high tech" ultrasound. At the time, I didn't think to ask if that meant 3D so it may be. We'll see.
I had one around 18w at the urging of my mom. Will do one again when she looks a little less alien around the 30w mark (God willing). Luckily there's a place like two miles from me so it's convenient.
I don't love the idea of 3d/4d ultrasounds. I prefer surprises, and so I don't want to know what the baby looks like until he or she is born. We are team green, and just love the whole surprise part of having a baby.
We had one but only because they do them routinely as part of the ultrasound where we go. I had it done at 20 weeks with this baby (as well as 8 and 13- not very cute!) and with my daughter I had one done at 20 and around 32 weeks. I don't know if I'd pay for it though. The tech with my daughter did a great job and baby was cooperative, with this baby we didn't have the same success or resulting pics as he just didn't want to cooperate- may have been a waste if we had to pay.
I have a low lying placenta, so my doc will be checking to see if it moved closer to the end of the pregnancy. It's probably the cause of all the early bleeding that I had.

@Peledreamsofrain I swear we are each other's pregnancy spirit animals. :P Same thing here too. That's why I get the specialist guy and his fancy 3D u/s periodically.
A place basically just opened in my town, and it is right around the corner from me. They were running a special promotion to get the word out about their existence, and I managed to snag a totally free appointment as a result. It was pretty darn cool. And they recorded Eli's heartbeat and put it in a little teddy bear for us too. It was fun, DH and I were glad we went.
We got a few during my A/S. I don't know if they do them standard or not but when we asked about them she took a couple 3D pics for us and did the 4D for a little bit for the DVD that we got.
March 15' January Siggy Callenge: Animals Being Jerks
We did one for the early sex determination and the heartbeat teddybear. DH still presses the little bears paw a couple times a week to hear her. Think it's quicker for him then pinning me down to doppler lol.
I'm trying to talk him in to one at 28 or 30 weeks.
I was able to get 3D pics at both the sex check elective ultrasound we had at 15 weeks and at our anatomy scan at 19 weeks. This is his 19 week pic. I will be having at least one more ultrasound around 28 weeks to check on growth because I have ulcerative colitis and she will likely show us some 3D pics then as well.
My MFM said they will flip into 3D for my 3rd tri growth scan if we want. Otherwise I am too cheap. I will say that the office I go to had flyers for free 3D ultrasounds at a local community college I believe. So that might be an option to check out. A sonography school.
I got some 3D shots at my a/s. They were creepy. Like, reallllllly creepy. Glad I didn't pay for them and that it didn't actually capture what my kid really looks like. Creepy clowns are not for me.

My mom wants us to get one done & offered to pay for it so we might do it. The place I was looking at does a video, prints & a stuffed animal with the baby's heartbeat that I think my 3 year old would love. I had so many ultrasounds with my first pregnancy because of issues & this time everything looks good so we don't need anymore but I would love to see my little one again! Was thinking around 26 weeks, anyone know when a good time to go for one is?
I got a Groupon for one for like $40 but it expired somewhat quickly so we used it as our "sex reveal" scan around 16 weeks (even though we ended up finding out the sex at our NT scan, I was glad to verify). We went in knowing full well he'd look like an alien, and he wasn't very cooperative, but I liked it and we got some cute pics of him ignoring us!
I don't think my office has any more routine ultrasounds scheduled, and I'm a pretty anxious person, so I'd say there's a good chance we'll do another elective one around the 32 week mark! There's a ton of places around here that do them pretty inexpensively.
And.... I tried to upload an AW pic of my little guy from ours, but it won't work. Oh well.
