Prenatal Yoga

Anyone have any suggestions of prenatal yoga in Atlanta? I live in the South Buckhead/Midtown area and am interested in taking some classes in the next few months.

    In virginia highlands/morning side is a pregnancy massage center that also offers prenatal yoga. It's on highland ave right near el taco restaurant . Hope this helps!

    My old boss used to go to Stillwater Yoga in the Highlands for prenatal yoga and really liked it.

    Check out Oh Baby! Fitness. They offer prenatal water aerobics, yoga and Pilates. Plus they do mommy and baby classes after the baby comes. They have multiple locations and instructors. I went weekly thru most of my pregnancy. It's also a great way to meet other soon to be new moms!

    Decatur Hot Yoga offers prenatal yoga classes.
