Ladies, this company has the best customer service that I have ever dealt with!! My mom ordered us the Foothill crib, which came in damaged

I called up Target (another great experience) and they out in a claim with MDB and our two replacement pieces came in today, yay!! The headboard piece came in with a small acratch on the back side (you'd never see it once said up) and a small dent that would be covered by the mattress. I called to tell them I was disappointed in this. They are now sending me touch up paint and the conversion kit for my inconvenience (I told them it wasn't worth sending out the replacement parts again, the damage wasn't that bad and would be covered). The call wasn't more than 10 minutes and I wasn't passed around from person to person. It was wonderful. I will definitely use them again.
