Bath Tubs

I've been researching bath tubs and need some advice. At what age did you transition from bathing your baby in the sink to the actual tub? How long did you use some sort or tub or insert? I've seen the Puj for bathing in the sink, but what about bathing a toddler in the tub? I've also researched the Boon Naked that seems like it could be an infant and toddler tub.
What do/did you use and what do you recommend?

We used a Puj as soon as dd's cord fell off and DH and I LOVED that thing! We used it for a few months, until she was strong enough to get her feet down and push herself up :)

We then used a plastic baby tub set inside the tub-I loathed that stupid hunk of garbage! We were gifted an inflatable ducky tub and it's amazing! Dd is still in it at almost 20 months-it is worth it's weight in gold!

@hikerlady if you had a small pump, you could probably inflate each time.  That would probably get old though.....

If you have a full sized tub, you could always stand it on end and shower around it, or put in on the sink when you get into the shower.

With my second, I just brought baby in the shower with me. So easy and no extra plastic thing to store. With my first I used one of those bucket style bath tubs, tummy tub I think. That was good too, it also doubled as storage when not in use and it wasn't too big.

We use the fisher price whale tub. It held her up great as a newborn and she loves it now. We never did the sink and just did a sponge bath until the cord fell off.
