7 weeks and lower stomach feels full

I am only 7 weeks pregnant and im not showing at all, but my lower stomach always just feels full. I get the random cramps and i get thats normal, but most of the time it just feels full, sometimes a little achy.. Anyone else?

    I am having the same thing. Fullness behind my pelvic bone area. This is just your uterus growing to make room for your little. The cramping is gas if it is up high, if it is lower, it is probably just round ligament pain. Totally normal unless it is severe and you have bleeding.

    I have pulling and sometimes when I get up too fast I'll have a sharp twinge in my ute areas.

    Your body is preparing a new space for your beybey.

    I like feeling the pulling, it reminds me that there's something going on down there. :)

    Thanks ladies, i meant below my belly button (sorry, should have clarified) not my actual stomach. i think its a mixture of my uterus growing and maybe a little gas. My first appointment isnt for another 2 weeks so everything is making me nervous since this is my first baby.
