What does "i'll call you back" mean to you?
We had a friend, c, who for many reasons, i decided wasn't worth keeping as a friend. I let her know that I did not feel our friendship was moving in a good direction, nicely.?
Today she called me and dd was puking, pooping and whining. All while the dogs were being bad. Well i said, "can i call you back?" She proceeds to ask if i'm ok and tell me i don't sound good.
Uh hello... i'll friggin call you back! Goodbye. She has since called me 2 more times. Each time saying how she's nervous. Geez..... I'll call you back when i can.?
Until today i hadn't spoken to her in months. ?

Does she have kids? I lost my best friend because I texted her at 6:30 a.m. to cancel plans. This was when my DS was choking every two hours, wasn't sleeping, was vomiting, and refluxing big time. His intestines were also raw and inflamed. I had plans with her and canceled them via text to be nice. She didn't call me for two months. Finally, she sent an email telling me how selfish I was texting her at 6:30 a.m. and thank God her phone was in the other room. GEEEZ! She used to turn her phone on silent. I never emailed back figuring she'd never understand. She also left me crying on the floor after my miscarriage to go to her new boyfriend's house. ARGH! I should have known then...
