I've done them lost 10 lbs(what I needed to lose) and toned up. The moves themselves are doable but just few breaks. I personally think you can get the same results doing something not so "insane".
NOT ONLY do I do Insanity 5 days a week, as a workout, but I am continuing them while pregnant! I was 115 lbs before starting Insanity, and only doing P90X. After doing Insanity for a year, I'm down to 102 lbs. I'm 9 weeks pregnant as of 10/29/2014, and I'm still 102 lbs. I can eat ANYTHING, am SO TONNED, and never ever bloated because of Insanity. I also do some P90X to mix it up and get some strength training.
I looked into them and P90X but they just weren't for me. After I had #2 I took a break from the gym. I did 30DS to get back in the swing of things. By the time I was ready to move on to something more challenging I was really itching to get back to the gym. For me, at home DVDs only stick for so long, I need to be at the gym. After #3, taking different but intense classes has made a huge difference
Have you talked to your doctor about starting a workout that intense while pregnant? It's my understanding that it's okay to continue at your previous comfort level for working out, but starting anything new and pretty intense is frowned upon.

I had the same thought but then noticed that this post is from January...

Well that makes me feel better. I didn't notice that.

So, you felt the need to dredge up a zombie thread from January to pat yourself on the back?
