@grailseeker14 you should definitely do the low-salt thing and get plenty of fluids. A low impact exercise program (walking, swimming) is a great idea, too. Don't freak out about pre-e. I think we already went through your risk factors (low). You might just have pregnancy induced high blood pressure, and maybe will need to be on a medicine later on. Do what doc says and keep going in for appointments.
If you get other symptoms like headache, ringing in the ears, dizziness, abdominal pain (especially in the right upper area), back pain, or swelling in the hands/feet/face, call doc right away.
