As I mentioned on the spam poll, I set my alarm for midnight just so I can start today's spam thread. That's one thing on my TB bucket list crossed off.
So what's one thing that everyone's looking forward to doing today?
I'm super excited to have lunch with DH later today. He's been working stupid crazy hours these last few weeks. Granted those hours are working from home, but that just seems to make things worse. He's home, but not really there. He's on the phone while eating dinner. He's on his laptop while we watch tv. His phone rings constantly throughout the night. We haven't gone to bed at the same time in forever. If we didn't work for the same company, I'd be so livid. But half of the time, he's working on the same project that I'm in. It sucks. I miss him. I'm excited to have one on one time with him while stuffing our faces with sushi. Mmmmmm.
Re: If you're SPAMmy and you know it, clap your hands
That's usually not until around 6:05-6:10pm, after surviving rush hour hell.
Today is going to be a long day so I would like t justake it through. I have to do the mail run today to my old satellite office so I am bringing Allison alone to see all my old co workers and to keep me company on the drive.
The crappy part is I think it has really tanked my supply. Alex has woken uo 3 times tonight and has been sucking so hard. I don't know whether to be happy or sad since i hoped to wean him by the end of nov anyways.
Saw a post for a Halloween drinking game: drink every time an Elsa comes to your door.
The reason this is hysterical to me is that about 1 out of every 3 girls at school when I ask what are you going to be..... Elsa!
Also we have joined the teething club. LO was super fussy last night and I finally was able to get a peek in his mouth and saw 2 more bottom teeth and a molar. Poor baby but better at once than one at a time. Tylenol for all!!!
We are up and definitely slow moving...
Where is the coffee!?! ~O)
@blairwitch happy anniversary!!
@fabk glad you feel better, sorry about the supply....
@beckyanddon we are dealing with molars too, sucks!! Poor kid has 5 teeth and is suddenly popping molars?!?!
Ugh, just after 3 here and lo is up and restless!! Yesterday was brutal, had a crisis at work and didn't get home until almost 9pm.....I hate days that are so emotionally draining....I was already unhappy because I got my period earlier....another cycle down the drain!!
I have Friday off and can't wait!!

What am I looking forward to today? My work is hosting a Halloween party for kids. 1,100 people signed up. It'll be crazy.
I'm bummed. I guess I'm slowly weaning from nursing. Only nurse at night time now, just once but going forward, I am only going to do it every other night. (So, I'm guessing I'll dry up...) The other nights, DH finally gets to be part of the routine and put DS to bed....something he hasn't done in 16 months. So, I'm letting him, which means I don't nurse, which makes me sad. I swear DS is still getting the benefits of nursing even though he is "older." Ok, rant over, I'm just in a rut about it.
There are three reasons for breast-feeding: the milk is always at the right temperature; it comes in attractive containers; and the cat can't get it. ~Irena Chalmers
Stop spreading the baby rabies!
They're seriously adorable
P was restless and crying from 10 to midnight. His bottom canines are to blame, I think. Then he got up at 6:30. So we're cuddling on the couch and watching Daniel Tiger.
I am working from home today but have a dentist appt about 1hr away. 3 hours...gone.
I am looking forward to working on expense reports today. It's really bad how behind I am.
I am glad that I am home for several days...that makes me happy!!
@cshum24 that is really dumb! I probably wouldn't go out of principle!
We go from 80s to 50s in the blink of an eye. We didn't have the heat on yesterday because it was so warm and last night DD woke up at 5:30 and I think she was cold because it was 65 degrees in her room. I told DH to put the heat on just in case it got super cold last night but alas...
I'd wear pajamas.
