I am a special snowflake. I'd like to, but cannot. I'm taking a progesterone cream supplement that cannot get on DH.

I did tell him I'd throw a couple of BJ's his way during the 1st trimester, since we cannot get it on…but…now that the full time nausea has kicked in, there is no way in hell that is happening anytime soon either.

We're afraid to ever since I had some light spotting last Monday a day or so after sex. We probably need to get over it, but we probably won't until after our first appointment. We know how to have fun without.

Between my nausea, my boob pain, and my lumbar and hip pain nothing will be happening. He is pretty understanding. Mainly he just doesn't want me to puke on him.

We couldn't with our IVF baby so I am assuming the IUI with hormones is the same. I'll ask my RE at my 8 week appointment on Thursday. I'm so bloated and tired I'm not sure how active I would be though - and definitely no BJs with this gag reflex.

We did last night, but there were definitely parts that were uncomfortable. I had to tell him to be easy on my boobs, and he's a skinny guy, but his weight on me felt weird. I'm sure a lot of it is mental, but it felt uncomfortable having that external pressure on my pelvis. The actual sex bits were nice, though.

Of course I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach cramps from overindulging at dinner, but my first, half asleep thought was that we had caused a a problem! I'm fine, Fergus is fine, it was all tummy troubles.

None since finding out we're pregnant. I did start spotting almost two weeks ago and Doctor said no sex either, mostly because she thinks that if I continue spotting, it'll bring me more anxiety. As for BJ's, I'm way to nauseas for that right now. DH seems pretty understanding about the whole thing.

Last night, I said "you know, we haven't had sex in over 2 weeks." The sex was not terribly pleasant. I'll stick to hand jobs until morning sickness lightens up.

My attraction to men is up, but my actual libido is down, however that works.

Not allowed right now. I'd love to, but progesterone & also MH is terrified to have sex after having losses. Maybe once second tri hits as long as I'm not in any restrictions. Bjs are out of the question, not with this nausea. Maybe he'll get some hand action, I feel bad for the guy.

I'm waiting for some blood work to come back to see if I have Factor 5. If I do, I'll be put on pelvic rest so we're just not going to take any chances until we know for sure.

I can't think of anything less I'd rather do than boom boom in the bedroom. Poor DH. I'm hoping 2nd trimester is better. But I bet he'll be so freaked out with my belly! AHHH it's all so weird!

I'm a special snowflake... no sex for us since just before transfer on 9/23. Thinking we would be off restrictions we were going to ask at 6 week appt. Started spotting at 5w6d and have been every 2-3 days since. Huge bleed 20 min after 7w appt last week. Blood work is all coming back excellent and we saw the heartbeat last week. Just resting as much as possible.... yep. Hubs wants a bj so bad and I get dry heaves just thinking about it... ugh...

I've done IVF three times and they never told me not to have sex afterwards. I'm on progesterone suppositories plus estrogen pills but they get absorbed. Anyway it's the same as usual over here now that I'm not as exhausted as I was last week.

Progesterone suppositories, extreme fatigue and nausea make it impossible right now. The effect of the progesterone is even giving me itching and stuff. Dr said it could be the base they used at compounding pharmacy (it's bioidentical). We're hugging and kissing a lot and connecting emotionally big time but we're really looking forward to the second trimester! My husband is a star right now. So supportive!

Only 3 times since BFP in late September. I'm starting to go a little nutty. I'm usually too tired/blah at night and DH works early a lot of days. This is not going to work for me for the next 7 months.

I've been nervous every time because with my first pregnancy I spotted every time we did. But we're doing it anyways. Having sex isn't going to make me miscarry so I want to try to live normally and keep up our sex life as long as I'm feeling up to it.

Ever since having DS2 my libido had pretty much disappeared and now with this pregnancy it's even worse. My husband has been "ok" about it but sometimes he turns into a 16 year old girl with PMS. Im so over sex!

Husband wants it as often as possible - I want it never. Nausea, lower back pain, slight cramping here & there. And the times he asks for it are my worst times. Butttt I feel like my sex drive is increasing regardless of how I'm feeling physically, so I hope once first tri is over, we'll be at it like rabbits.
