I know this wasn't addressed to me, but yes, that's how I did it. Less confusing/messy for them at first.

Do they have to point the penis down? When do they transition to sitting?

@TyrannosaurusLex I'm jealous of your finished basement for daycare. That is my dream!

I currently watch my cousin's son and have the living/dining area gated off for daycare use but it begins to feel really small by the end of the week!

@broccolisgirl Maybe we should try the 30 minute thing. My DS has no interest in using the potty either. Sadly, he has no interest in candy so we can't bribe him with that. I've been wondering how to transition them from you putting them on the potty every 30 mins to them doing it on their own. We hadn't really been pushing it to much because I feel like what's the point if he isn't interested but he's getting pretty old!

You have my ear if you ever need to vent. It's really hard to sacrifice your family space!

I'm sure I'll be taking you up on that sometime. I'm still in the beginning phases of using my home for work. It's definitely different than being at a center.

Oh man that's not late at all, lots of kids (boys especially) don't start till 3-3.5

Yeah, I know some kids are later which is why we aren't really pressing it but I'm pretty over his giant stinky diapers. Bring on the potty

DH went to the party we were invited to. I stayed home and put LO to bed. Now I'm amazoning while I pump, then I'm going to bed.

Spent THREE hours at the dentist. Got 4 filings replaced. My dentist did great work, replacing shitty work. It was my front teeth, so I appreciate his effort. But a DAMN, three hours!

E the first is adorable @Mevaroo ! I'm so happy he liked the hat. @rachaelmary I've made a practice infinity scarf, to see if it's what you had in mind. I'll post it tomorrow. @ everyone else, thanks for being so sweet! I'll do my best to make a few things on my long long drive!

I think I'll have to check my Target for that scarf @Mevaroo‌ I think I need new boots in that color too. Unfortunately, I have crazy skinny calves and ankles so it's hard to find boots that look good on me.

@JoyBaby5‌ I'm sorry about your ILs. Does DH know what they've been saying? I also want to know how you know about your BIL.

It's also available online I'm also a skinny calf girl. My favourite boots are from DSW, but I don't remember the brand. Once I peel the clingy baby off of me, I'll look if you're interested. And now I want to shop for boots.

I'm definitely interested. I have to admit I've exploited Nordstom's free shipping and returns policy in my quest to find boots for these calves. I may have to do it again this year.
