I'm way more excited than I should be that egg nog is at the stores already. I've consumed so much and will probably gain a zillion pounds by my next appointment.

A few years back Hood made a gingerbread egg nog that I was OBSESSED with. Now they don't make it and I want it so bad every year. The struggle!!!
When I found out I was pregnant, I was scared to have a chemical pregnancy so one of the first things I did that morning was put my Diva Cup in my purse (Don't like Diva Cups? I'll make sure to bring it up again next Thursday). Now, one day short of ten weeks, that stupid little cup is still in my purse. I can't take it out because that feels too much like a jinx. Rational? Absolutely not.
Andplusalso. I accidentally microwaved my leftovers in a plastic container (quite the feat considering all I own is glass). I ate it anyways.
I have an inappropriate crush on/attraction to my Zumba instructor. He's 47 (closer to my mom's age than mine!), and if you met him and didn't know any of his life details except that he teaches Zumba, you'd bet your bottom $ he was gay. But he's married and has a daughter. Some of the Zumba moves we do, when he moves his hips, I get all wobbly...what is wrong with me?! :P

I won't take the tampons out of my purse and I have a basket behind my toliet where I keep things for easy reach .... Toilet paper, pee cups, prog suppositories, tampons and pads. I refilled my stock of tampons before transfer.
My FFFC: I had half a beer this week, while enjoying a bubble bath. Why? Because I am married to a Man who thinks I'm his mommy ( I love him to death, don't get me wrong) I have a 16 month old who has hit the tantrum stage ( and 3, yes 3 fur babies :o3 :o3 :o3 I'm not even ashamed.
I let my 4 year old DS play WiiU for 2 hours so I could lay down while DD was napping.
I'm familiar with this. My husband teaches Tuesday nights and this past one I had a huge headache and was ready for bed by 6:30. Well, my oldest asked if he could play Wii, I said sure, but only if you take the other three downstairs with you. I went upstairs and laid down. (our house is super small and sound easily travels so it's not as though I couldn't hear them if trouble happened.)

Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck. Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.
I dropped my fiancé off at the airport at 415am and I have literally slept all day (despite telling him I was going to work on wedding planning and go to several yoga classes...). Now I am considering splurging on delivery service for food because I can't quite contemplate actually leaving the house. I've gotten spoiled, having someone who will run out and get my cravings.
The worst part? I had him stock the fridge and pantry yesterday with things I wanted. Now nothing sounds good.
My husband and I have tickets to go see a show tonight and he wanted to go eat before. Well I took my son to happy hour at sonic after school and they had corn dogs so I couldn't not get one. Now I'm not hungry. Oops!!
Since we all clearly have corn dogs on the brain...I like to eat my corn dogs with slices of cheese. One bite of cheese, one bite of corn dog. Anyone else participate in this amazing and delicious way to eat a corn dog?

What show are y'all seeing? I'm going to the movies (Gone Girl) but much rather go see a show!

We actually have tickets to see Alton Brown. They were his Father's Day present from our 16 embryos. I did ER right before Father's Day and the RE called me on day 3 that happened to be Father's Day to let me know we had 16 still going strong.
I'm soooo freaking tired though, I just want to crawl in bed.

I am so petty, we are on the do not call list, some (telemarketer , I'm sure) has been calling daily (sometimes 2-3x) but no one is there when I answer, so I hang up. Today they called during naptime, so I picked up and held down a button so it beeped until they hang up.

I watch at least one episode a day of '19 kids and counting' hoping that Michelle Duggar's patience w her children will rub off on me... It's been 5 weeks and nothing

I like to tell myself she probably wasn't like that in the early days. It's easy to be that patient when you have 5 adult kids helping you do everything.

I used to test my smoke alarms when they called on the land line.

I wish my teens were as helpful as her children.
Aren't they? And they are so respectful. And those little ones (for the most part) are pretty well behaved. I think it's just crazy since there are so many, they seem to have very similar personalities.
This is obviously just an excuse for me to AW without making a separate thread, but DH was just offered a promotion this week, his second one at this company in a year. My FFFC is that we're going out to celebrate tonight and I will most likely be one of those really obnoxious FB friends who posts ambiguously about being so proud of DH.
Or I may just AW all over FB too. I don't even care, I'm so over the moon for him.
You guys come on with the Duggars.. Seriously. Those girls are basically brainwashed prisoners. Before they blew up on television they were so much more severe. Google blanket training. That shit you see on TV is so highly produced it makes me sad. So many of those kids seem like they have had a lobotomy. If you think her kids are respectful because Michelle has some other-wordly patience then you have been sold their bill of goods.
This!
And sadly my brother is raising his kids the same way. I hate going over there it's like being with The Children of the Corn.

Sea pearl sponges?!? What's that?
Edit--Nevermind I just found your reply to pp.
Interesting, but I think I will stick to the diva cup. Seems less messy??
