I had my MRI on Tuesday and I think our luck is changing. First, it was read in about 45 minutes, which is crazy (I was told up to 24 hours). The radiologist read it as "consistent with endometrioma." My RE said in 37 years of ultrasound experience, he does NOT think it's an endometrioma. He thinks fibroid or dermoid. My OB, with a little less ultrasound experience but having delivered my daughter by c-section a year ago, feels confident I don't have endometriosis (though it could have just developed) and also thinks it's a fibroid. Interestingly, it's still unclear WHAT it's attached to - uterus or ovary. So, we did a CA125 (ovarian cancer screen) which was negative.
SO .... WE'RE MOVING FORWARD!!!! YAY!! My OB will remove whatever it is when I deliver my next baby (I like the sound of that). I did ask, if it's a fibroid, if there's any concern with getting pregnant or as a pregnancy would progress. She said the MRI didn't show any extension of the mass into my uterus - she actually thinks, looking at the images that it might be pedunculated (on a little stem) if it's attached to my uterus - so it shouldn't impact getting pregnant and that they would just monitor it during pregnancy. It could cause some discomfort if it grows much during pregnancy. Hopefully not.
I just wanted to thank you all for being so supportive as I've been slowly losing my mind taking birth control pills when I've wanted to be TTC. You guys are amazing!!

Glad everythihng went well. And it sounds like you have a great OB and RE!! They are both in agreement and making a diagnosis based on their knowledge and not what another Dr "feels". Good Luck!!
Thanks everyone! Oh, and @URMySunshine77, I started acupuncture. So relaxing! And the consult was really informative. I was intrigued about the connections in energy flow with infertility and anxiety.
