  I'm so sorry for your loss. I was told to wait two cycles after my D&C, to start trying again. It took awhile for my cycles to become regular again, however I also ended up having an ovarian cystectomy about six months later, that was causing issues. This is my first pregnancy since my miscarriage two years ago. Everyone is different. Take care of yourself.
