My Pregnancy/Parenting BLOG TTC since 5/2011, BFP #1 12/3/11, M/C 12/7/11 @ 4wks 2d. Began seeing RE Sep 2012. October 2012 Metformin 1500 mg= ovulation on CD34 BFP#2 11/14/12 9DPO, EDD 7/26/13, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks, our angel born sleeping 3/24/13 @ 22wks 2d. BFP #3 7/4/13 8DPO EDD 3/22/14, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks. started insulin @16 wks. Our rainbow, born 3/19/14 @ 39wks 6d., we're so in love!

What shows do you miss that isn't on anymore? My So-Called Life, I wish it had gone more than one season
What is your favorite Halloween movie? Corpse Bride (sort of halloweenish) and Sleepy Hollow
What was your favorite birthday? I think it was my 27th, I had friends over for a BBQ and bonfire, we ate, drank, smoked, had jello shots and I ended up going home with this guy that I kinda used to date and that night kicked off a few months of friends with benefits, which is what I was hoping for ; )
What is the longest you have worked at one place? I had my 9th anniversary this past June before I quit in July
The shortest? I think 2.5 hours, this crappy telemarketer job
Childbirth is of course awkward and embarrassing, any moments stand out from the usual awkward moments? There were a lot of med students in the OR for my C section. Afterward in recovery, my nurse was cleaning me up and taking my vitals and she asked one of the young male students to help, which was he needed to basically sponge off my lower half. One of the female students kept saying she would do it but the nurse wanted him to do it. I am perfectly fine with male doctors, but this kid looked so horrified and nervous, and since he wasn't being professional and acting confident, it made me uncomfortable, like just some random guy was called in to give me a sponge bath, lol.

If you watch, what is your favorite reality show?
I don't know I'm really torn.. I LOVE Chrisley knows best, its farely new this is the second season.. OF course 19 kids and counting.. And does dancing with the stars count ?

Hands down full house ! It still comes on at night but of course no new shows.

All the Halloween movies ( you know Michael Meyers !).

My 24th, it was real low key... Just my DH ( who was my FI at the time ) and a few friends went downtown to a dessert and martini bar and smoked hookah .. It was one of the best

Technically its where I'm working now.. 6 Years ago I was working here during college but in a different department .. When the economy went down they laid me off... But then called me back 3 years ago and I've been back ever since .

I worked at wendys in high school for like 2 weeks, WORST . JOB. EVERRRRR

At first I felt like everything was awkward.. This was my first so I didn't know what to expect ... I got induced so it came off the bat as awkward.. But after the first 3 people messing with my stuff , breaking my water , inserting cervadil etc... I was like " hey everyone come take a look" my modesty defiantly went out the window by the end of the first night ... So after that I don't really feel like anything was awkward.. I had more awkward moments being pregnant then actual child birth...

What is your favorite Halloween movie? ? don't think I have one
What was your favorite birthday? Don't have one, I'm not a fan of personal birthdays. For one, I'm old and that doesn't bother me too much but I just really don't care about my own birthday, celebrating other's is much more fun for me.
What is the longest you have worked at one place? current job, 7+ years
The shortest? Answered 1-800 line for The Coca-Cola Company in 1994 for about 2 weeks

I personally love delivery and have had wonderful experiences, I'd say for my 4th delivery first with no anesthesia I knew I was pooping on the table, prior with medication I couldn't feel it and a little loopy so didn't give a damn, but I said sorry to the midwife then kept pushing
I was really into the Married at First Sight that just finished up a couple weeks ago.

Hubs and I got into this new show called Dracula with Jonathan Rhys Meyers ((be still my beating heart.....)) and... it just disappeared.

I like Hocus Pocus.

Maybe my 13th birthday? My parents bought me a new piano.

I'm tied currently between this job (4 years) and my high school job that I had throughout sophomore year to graduation.

Labor was not bad, afterwards was weird to me to have my mother watching my junk but that did not concern me till afterwards. I think the worst for me was trying to breast feed while MIL was there. even when I asked her to leave so I could relax and try to get LO to latch, she would just look at me and get her book.

- M*A*S*H ... It's been so long since I really watched, I don't remember what I miss. :-/

- If you just mean 'scary' or 'horror', I'll go with 'Nightmare on Elm Street'.

- Just realizing that I screamed as lo's shoulders came out because they were soooooo wide, but I never heard anyone else scream during my hospital stay.
ETA: after reading everyone else's responses I guess I can agree with Hocus Pocus. I saw it advertised the other day, but I have nooooo idea when the ad said it would be on TV or what station. Lol.
I caught the last 10 minutes of it after supper tonight. I had no idea it was on tonight.

I've been a teacher for 5 years (not all the same place though)

I was applying for a bunch of jobs when I moved to live with my husband in a different city he was just my boyfriend at the time. I took a job, got trained and then about a week later quit because I got a different job offer that payed quite a bit more. So in total I think I was there two weeks.

Oh passing a ton of gas since I had an epidural I couldn't control my farts I kept apologizing! Also after childbirth I felt like I had to poo sooo bad like I had a turtle head just right there...they shoved something in my bum to make me poo!! Ahhh how horrible...
