    ***other children mentioned**

Totally not related to TTC.. but my WTF goes to work and school... I had a HUGE kids weekend planned for my church.. I would up having to do both a full time job (on the weekend mind you) and rushing back and forth between work and the kids at church.. As if that wasn't bad enough I had 3 tests, 4 assignments, and a midterm all due today.. and guess who has to work all day... yah me! Seriously I can't catch a break!

ETA to add other children warning sorry!

  • WTF nurse at my RE this morning?  I went in for my lesson on how to do the next round of injections (menopour/bravelle).  Wasn't happy about the fact that the needle is bigger then the Lupron, which is a breeze, and all the mixing is freaking me out.  Then she showed me how to do the trigger shot, when I saw the needle I almost fainted.  Needless to say she looked at me like I was nuts.  I asked her if she's dealt with anybody else with a severe needle phobia and she responded by saying, "I've had patients that tell me they don't like needles, but nothing like you and very few share that with me"  Really?  I can't imagine I"m the only one with this intense debilitating fear of this enormous needle.  Couldn't she at least humor me?  I felt like if she could she would have rolled her eyes at me.  Ugh, FML!!!!!

  • @Hollowvic ahhh, I would have reacted the same way!!  I'm sorry you have to do that and for that nurse's bad response!
  • Hope you had a great first day of work!

WTF is with my boss.  Our supervisor is celebrating a birthday and as always we ask what they want to eat on that day.  She's on a very strict diet and said she's going to stick to her chicken and broccoli for the day but thank you.  My boss turns around and asks us what kind of potluck we want to have since Sup isn't eating with us.  Way to not be sensitive and rub it in her face.
  • WTF Dr office. I've only been waiting since last Wednesday for my HSG results. Was told if I haven't heard anything by this afternoon to call & check in. I did & they have they have them but they are too busy to tell me today. Have to wait til tomorrow when I'm in a training most of the work day.

Also, WTF back/body?! I go for a massage today & I have lots of knots but I had 3 that ARE BIGGER than the palm of the masseuse's hand!!! That crap huuuuuurt!!!

@theholmanherd‌ hope you had a great first day!

@Hollowvic‌ I'm sure she's seen plenty of patients afraid of needles. I'm a nurse, and when I used to donate blood, I would never watch them stick me.

WTF to STILL not finding a day position at my work.  I'm going to die.  12 years of overnights and I'm done!

Also, WTF to myself for planning a crockpot bolognese sauce and then sleeping in all day.  Hopefully 2 hours on high is good enough.  I mean, I cooked all the meat beforehand...we'll see.  It might be a midnight meal.

  • WTF Volkswagen....I have had a coolant leak in my car for over a year...finally I sucked it up and brought it to the dealer instead of a mechanic. I go to pick up my car, and educating myself on coolant leaks I decide to check the coolant level....guess what?! The fucking coolant level is BELOW the freaking minimum level! I ask about this and they give me some BS excuse saying there must have been an air bubble or something. Hello do you people QA/QC the cars before the owner picks them up. Remember I went in with a coolant leak and now I have to inform them they need to ADD coolant.

So fine, they add coolant then my DH gets into the car and the frame around my stereo system is falling off. My ex husband had a new touch screen radio with a back up camera installed a few years ago and I have NEVER had a problem with it. It looked like some guy took the radio out, tried to hot glue the frame back and totally fucked it up. There was glue all over my dashboard by the frame. I ask about this damage and what does the guy say "well it's an after market radio so..." and I cut him off and say "I don't give a fuck if it's after market, I brought my car in with a coolant leak and with a perfectly working and perfectly looking radio so what did your technician do?" He brings the car in the back and uses double sided tape to "stick" the frame back to my dash. I ask him about the hot glue damage and he says he can't take the glue off without damaging the plastic. I FLIP out and get his managers number. Oh and by the way I spent freaking over $1,700 to fix my damn car so as you can imagine I'm livid.

I called the manager on Monday and he tells me he will replace the plastic part of the dash where the hot glue was used, but insists his tech never touched the radio....apparently the only time he was in the front seat was when he turned the car on. I call bullshit and tell him not only do I want it fixed, but I wanted a free detail since I will have to take time OUT of my day to bring it back to the dealership so they can fix something they damaged. He tells me he can't give me a detail because it costs 199 dollars. I say "who is your boss? Because you have completely inconvenienced me and I expect above and beyond service when I spend a shit load of money at the dealership and my expectations have not been met." He gets scared and asked if we can just work it out without getting his manager involved. I say "maybe, but I'm going to push for the free detail." So here I am waiting for them to call me to make an appointment to bring the car in the fix the radio.

    GRRRRRR DRINKING WINE, DRINKING WINE!

    Me: 33, DH: 32

FIRST IUI May 2014: 100 mg Clomid days 5-9, third ultrasound CD 13 revealed four follicles 27, 24 and 20 and 13mm. Trigger shot May 28 with IUI May 29 and 30 (fingers crossed) - BFN started spotting 11DPO :(

IUI #2 B2B 6/23 and 6/24, three mature eggs and 130 million sperm! FX this is the month!  BFN 7/8

3rd cycle benched due to cysts - TI with OPK tests -  BFN

3rd mediated cycle: Clomid+Trigger+TI  (three follies left side, one on right as usual....what the hell right ovary get it together and produce some damn follicles!) 7DPO progesterone level 43 with NO suppositories YAY for a natural strong ovulation. Beta canceled started spotting 13DPO - Third time is not a CHARM! 14 day cycle WTF! Everything looks normal - RE wants to start injectables next cycle so this cycle I'm benched

Officially benched until March....but still plan on trying the baking soda douche due to my excessive and thick CM

    **child mentioned**

my WTF goes to my mother.
it actually happened yesterday but it's been grinding on my nerves since then and today in Australia is Thursday so technically...

We were watching some random documentary about penguins on TV and some of the emperor penguins we're attacking a mother and trying to steal her baby because they were unable to have their own. My mother has the balls to say "Emily, thats like you and Steve... you can't have your own baby so you'll steal someone elses"

Needless to say i was not happy.

When I went in last week for my beta I had to ask (had the test done end of august, they said 6 weeks for results) . They said, yup they are here, and had been for over a week but you need to schedule an appointment with the dr to get the results. Um okay, let's schedule that.
