Re: Second and Third Trimester Discussion (10/20)
I don't know if she just likes to hang out very low or what.

@megbmeg - last time I wore sneakers for the last 2 months. I just kept loosening the laces. I think I could get away with some of my ballet flats, but they didn't give my feet much support and my feet were really sore by then.

@mom2anangel I was thinking about wearing my sneakers, too. I teach at a community college, and so sneakers aren't exactly appropriate work wear, but I think people would get why I was wearing them.

Thanks ladies! I will try anything so all of the suggestions are much appreciated! I think a bath is in order tonight.
@megbmeg - have you tried compression hose to try to get the swelling down? I love those things and maybe you can salvage some of your shoe collection this way.
TTC since Sept 2011, Unexplained IF
Oct 12 - Jan 14: 3 clomid/TI cycles, 2 hysteroscopies, 2 IUIs, 1 BFP (MMC @ 12w), 2 more IUIs
Feb 14: Gonal-f + IUI #5 = BFP! (EDD 11/4/14)
Baby boy arrived 11/13/14!
@BackstreetPixie - I have always felt movement at 15 weeks, but not kicks, it was more like a "rolling" feeling. I don't think I could identify kicks until 18/19. Hang in there, it will come.
@Happyin14 - I used one for 1 day. It was my niece's baptism and I was only 3 weeks post partum. It was so uncomfortable that I took it off as soon as we left the church.

I never leaked during pregnancy but had a definite change in the size of my boobs (much bigger) and overall texture (heavier).
We had a hard time getting started breastfeeding because DD went to the NICU so I initiated breastfeeding with the Medela pump in the hospital, not with my baby. We used the nipple shield and then graduated to nothing at all, and she drank breastmilk for nearly 12 months. But I made exactly as much milk as she needed. What I would bring home from pumping at work was what we needed the next day. The only reason I had milk in supply was that I started pumping and banking the milk about 4-5 weeks post partum, 1-2 times a day, after she ate and mostly in the morning.
With each pregnancy you get more milk making tissue so that's good news. Hopefully I will have a surplus this time.

Shoes: I wear slippers at home and Dan form shoes with a little cushion and heel because I cannot wear flats anymore with the back pain.
I registered at 21 weeks after we knew that LO is a boy :-) but I had been researching since 18 wks.
Today is my last day of work (39 wks 2 days). I didn't want to go too early because I don't want to be bored lol
Has anyone been getting tension headaches? I have had these along with some slight nausea. I wonder if it could be the primrose that my O.B. has me taking. Also I have had some serious cramps after walking short distances.
I do prenatal yoga and a prenatal exercise video. In the video, there are still exercises on your back, but it's on pillows so you're laying at an angle.
BFP #2: EDD 9/3/13~~Slow HB at 1st U/S~~MMC -Loss on 2/13/13
