Missed miscarriage

I went in for my second ultrasound at 10 weeks 3 days and was measuring at 7 weeks 4 days with no heartbeat. This is my second mmc and third loss this year. If anyone has been through multiple losses can you let me know what your next step was. My husband and I are currently going through genetic screening. I wish all of you ladies healthy pregnancies. Thanks for the support and entertainment

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had 4 miscarriages in 10 months so I understand how difficult it is. We did genetic testing during 2 of my D&C's and found out 2 were trisomy. I was 39 at the time of my 3rd mc so we started seeing an RE and did more genetic testing. My problem was that I had more bad eggs than good. We ended up doing IVF with PGD.

We've had 5 miscarriages. We did the genetic testing and saw a fertility specialist after #2. Also, I highly recommend counseling. Seriously, start now... This process is way harder than people will admit. Your family and friends won't get it. I'm around if you want to PM me. I am in limbo too.

So incredibly sorry you are going through this. I, too, went through 3 m/cs. After the 2nd, we did recurrent pregnancy loss bloodwork and a hysteroscopy. We both had karyotyping done. In addition, we had chromosomal testing done during the D&C to determine if there was a genetic abnormality with the baby causing the loss.

I'm sorry for your loss.we have had 4 miscarriages including 1 MMC at 12 weeks (baby measured 10). Although all tests were normal, we are on vaginal progesterone (100mg twice a day) and baby aspirin for this pregnancy. I was 12 weeks yesterday and we saw a heartbeat on ultrasound. If you haven't already, I would recommend progesterone and baby aspirin for your next pregnancy if dr agrees. It can't hurt either way. T&P to you and your partner!

I'm so so sorry. I have had two losses over the last year. We did testing, but found no reasons, so I did not change to an RE. If I were you at this point, I would though. Sending you love.

I have had three losses as well. After my third, my ob/gyn did extensive testing on me. I was diagnosed with Factor II and take bloodthinners to sustain a pregnancy.

My losses were devastating and really broke my spirit. I agree with a PP in seeking out counseling. For me it truly was a process of grieving. Please PM if you would like to talk.

I am so very sorry for your losses! I have had 3 losses (2 within the past year) we ran RPL testing and genetic testing (ours all came back normal) and were in the process of finding an RE. I also agree with the counseling, it is difficult beyond words. Take care of yourself and again I am so very sorry!
