Cramps in early pregnancy

I'm having random cramps that feel like period cramps a few times a day for a few days now. No spotting at all. Anybody else have this ? Maybe it's because this was week I was supposed to have period.

100% normal. Your body is stretching to accommodate your growing baby. As long as there is no red bleeding you are fine.

You're definitely not alone. I'm also experiencing early pregnancy cramping. Everything I've read has told me that's completely normal so I wouldn't worry/stress about it. I've found that snacking helps out with the cramping so maybe you could try that!

Hi! 6 weeks today. I've been cramping too and this is my 2nd pregnancy. I normally don't get cramps so I was worried when I had them with my first. I know that as long as there's no bleeding it should be fine.

4w6d and cramps here too. I swear sometimes it feels like AF is coming! But we saw the sac Thurs and my doc was happy with the way everything looked. When I mentioned cramping as a symptom, he nodded and wasn't worried so I'm not either. It's just so weird!!

I'm 6w3d and in work today I have an awful cramp. It was pretty painful like a bad period cramp. No bleeding though. It lasted about a minuet and then it was gone. Is this normal, should I be worried? Thanks ladies
